I had thinning at the top and wanted maximum density. Elithair did a Neo FUE DHI transplant, 4,900 grafts from my frontal hairline to the crown, all in one session. My 12-day leave from work let me avoid straining and sweating and keep my blood pressure in a good range, and the aftercare team guided me through the rest. Ten months on, the density is incredible. More than happy.
