This is a long over-do review. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Naficy and his staff. From the moment I made my first appointment, the communication and client service were exceptional. I have had two rhinoplasties around 25 years ago, and my nose basically looked like it was collapsing and crooked. I used to feel so self conscious because of how my nose looked after my primary rhino and I would hate getting my picture taken. Dr. Naficy is a magician and was able to address all of my issues including an inverted v deformity, alar retraction, and he performed an alar base reduction (narrowed my wide nostrils).

After years of extensive research I elected to have rhinoplasty and septoplasty done by Dr. Naficy. I had a primary rhinoplasty in 2018 to remove my dorsal hump in Mexico , over the next few years my nose due to loss of cartilage dropped into a polybeak deformity.
