Dr. Shanley is an outstanding provider. She is thorough and highly skilled, not to mention very friendly and approachable. In addition, she has an impeccable eye for esthetics. I am a 52 yo woman and I recently went to Dr. Shanley for a FaceTite procedure. I was anxious about undergoing this minimally invasive treatment, but Dr. Shanley alleviated any concerns I had. She is so approachable and knowledgable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure from beginning to end answering every question I had. Her professionalism and positivity was evident throughout my whole visit. Dr. Shanley was extremely attentive during the painless procedure. The experience was further enhanced by the presence of her assistant, Joey Simione. Joey was very involved throughout the process and helped create a tense free atmosphere. Together they provided a great deal of comfort. Joey continued with a Morpheus treatment after FaceTite. Like Dr. Shanley, he was knowledgable and talked me through the process. I trusted the expertise of Dr. Shanley and Joey, and they did not disappoint. Their skill is evident 1 week out! I am already thrilled with the tremendous results of both treatments. Before my appointment, I honestly regretted scheduling this due to uncertainty. Just 2 days after my appointment, my only regret is I did not do this years ago. I honestly have a jawline that did not exist before my appointment. I believe I look years younger, and I know full results aren't expected for months to come! I am so excited! I cannot say enough good things about Dr Shanley, Joey and all the staff at SkinMD. I had my initial consult in Hanover with Jillian who was very friendly and helpful. I just had my BodyTite with lipo yesterday on my arms at the Newbury St location. Everyone was so kind and personable. The girls at the front desk are all super nice and friendly. Dr Shanley and Joey are really great and fun. The entire experience was fun actually! Joey called me first thing this morning to check in and see how I was feeling. Honestly I am in zero pain or discomfort. My arms feel a little sore like the day after a workout but that’s it. No need for any painkillers at all. I’m experiencing some swelling which is normal and expected. I started taking Arnica and Bromalein last week in preparation for bruising and inflammation and will continue to take for the next couple of weeks. Also drinking lots of water. I can’t wait to see my final results and I will definitely return to SkinMD for any future procedures!

Having never had a single procedure on my face except a facial, I was really nervous. The procedure was explained thoroughly before my appointment, during the actual procedure and after. Everyone was patient, kind and very capable. And - I got amazing results!

I’m 4 days out from my facetite procedure and I couldn’t be happier with the results!! The downtime was so minimal I wish I’d done it sooner. I’m so happy I did it. Dr. Shanley is so talented!! I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Couldn’t recommend more! And I feel so much less self conscious!

I contacted SkinMD about Emsculpt Neo and after discussing it with the consultant, it seemed like that procedure would not help me Attain my goals. We talked about body tight with Lipo. I thought about it for a few months and decided to do it. I have been unhappy with my body since I gave birth to my son 14 1/2 years ago. I have dieted I have run I weight train currently and nothing could get rid of the little pooch and love handles that just stayed put.

Today I got to take off the binder and pads and take a shower. I was so nervous to see my belly and flanks, but I could not be more happy with the results and we are only on day two!!! Thank you Dr. Shanley!

I have been wearing my compression garment 24 seven and drinking at least 80 ounces of water every day. Much of my bruising is faded. All of the tiny scabs from the micro needling are gone. Every day I use a sugar scrub in the shower to gently massage and exfoliate my abdomen and flanks. When I remember to, I rub a vitamin E oil on my tiny incisions, which I can already tell will be invisible. Suture removal happened on day nine and it was painless. There is still a scab on one of my incisions, but the rest are on their way to healing completely. I am swollen, but I am very happy with my results.

These photos were taken one month and two days post procedure.

I included some photos of me and my compression garment. I have been wearing one 24/seven since the procedure. The only time I take it off is to shower daily.

As part of aftercare I am giving myself a gentle massage on my upper and lower abdomen and flanks in the shower every day. My doctor recommended massaging in a circular motion. Sometimes I also do a massage with vitamin E oil, especially around my scars, after my shower. I still have some lumps, but they are quickly dissolving.

I went in for my one month follow up two days ago and was impressed at the comparison in my front photos. I am still pretty swollen in my abdomen especially the lower area, but I know that is part of the healing process. I will go back in two months for more photos and I will update again to show my progress.

Nine months later, I don’t see that much of a difference in the side view (profile) of my abdomen—especially the lower abdomen. If you look at my photos from shortly after the procedure, my lower abdomen was very flat so I am assuming it is an accumulation of dead fat cells and/or scar tissue that developed post procedure.I massage my lower abs daily in the shower. Really hoping these go away at some point. I loved my results, but my healing process has not been as smooth as I would like.

I have not gained or lost any weight so my photos are pretty good reflection of the effectiveness of this procedure and how important the healing process is and getting good results.

I will say that I feel that my flanks look really good. There is a visible difference from before and after. I fit better into my clothes now with less of a muffin top. Overall, I’m not sure that the procedure on my abdomen was worth it, because I am not feeling as predicted. The work done on my sides (flanks) was 100% effective and I’m happy with them.

I might do cool sculpting, or something else less invasive for the “bra fat” area and a small area below my flanks on my hips. I don’t know that I can tolerate the painful recovery again.

I couldn’t have any higher praises for Dr Shanley! She did botox for me on my forehead and crows feet. The results are insane - my eyes have never looked more open, brighter and wrinkle free. I couldn’t be happier with these results!
