At my New York City practice, I offer a wide variety of facial fillers, including Juvéderm, Restylane, and Radiesse, as well as other injectables like Botox and Kybella

At age 68, I had a facelift and lip lift with Dr. Pearlman. I was most concerned about the lip lift- I was not looking for “big puffy lips” - just a little enhancement as my top lift had lost all volume. The facelift was also very natural; my friends say “you look like you.” Dr. Pearlman and his staff are excellent. ...read moreI saw Dr. Pearlman to have my lips reduced after silicone injections many years ago. The silicone settled in the corners and looked terrible, unnatural. From my research, this repair is notoriously difficult - its not as simple "remove the silicone", and great care needs to be taken to ensure the result is not worse than the starting point.

The bridge collapsed, the tip turned upwards and looking at photos I could see this remarkable change- I started to look like Miss Piggie, or Nanette Fabray.
