There are many choices for breast enhancement, from breast augmentation with implants to breast fat transfer, breast lift, breast reconstruction, breast implant revision, nipple surgery, and more.
Breast augmentation is the most popular plastic surgery procedure in the country. Many of my patients choose “gummy bear” implants, known for their soft feel and natural look. They’re also less likely to ripple, which can result in excessive scar tissue.
Another popular breast enhancement procedure I regularly perform is the breast lift, which can restore perkiness to breasts that have become saggy or stretched due to aging, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or weight fluctuations. Lifts can be done in combination with augmentations.
For patients looking for breast implant removal, I offer en bloc capsulectomy, which removes both the implant and the surrounding tissue.

Fillers and Other Injectables

Dermal fillers can add fullness to thin lips as well as give the face a more youthful appearance by restoring volume and diminishing wrinkles. While this is a temporary fix, it can be a great option, because it requires no downtime and does not result in any scarring. We can also use fillers to perform a nonsurgical nose job, sculpt the jawline, and even rejuvenate aging hands.
If you are unhappy with wrinkles, frown lines, crow’s feet, and laugh and lip lines, you might be a good fit for neuromodulators, like Botox or Dysport. These types of injectables can help reduce lines and other signs of aging for three to six months.
If you want to address under-eye bags, we can combine fillers, laser resurfacing, and Botox to make the eyes look more awake (though if you have drooping eyelids or excess skin around the eyes, blepharoplasty, or eyelid surgery, may be a better option).

Abdominoplasty

The tummy can be a source of frustration for those struggling to lose fat resulting from pregnancy, age, or weight changes. Stubborn fat and hanging skin can remain despite strict diet and exercise. With a tummy tuck, or abdominoplasty, we can remove the excess skin and tighten the abdomen for a toned and slender appearance.
I perform various types of tummy tucks for my Nashville-area patients. If stomach fat and sagging are minimal, a mini tummy tuck might be your best option. I also regularly perform belly button surgery—a tummy tuck that includes umbilical hernia repair; diastasis recti repair for muscle tightening; a “smooth tummy tuck,” combining liposuction and skin removal; a traditional abdominoplasty; male tummy tuck; and more. I had this procedures November 27th. I have had Fraxel and several other minor lasers before. Today trying to upload pictures but having difficulty) I am happy with results thus far. I paid 3200. This was the best decision of my life. Dr Wendel and his staff were absolutely a pleasure to work with. Dr Wendel is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
