I LOVE my results by Dr. Lenny! My entire experience was 10/10 from start to finish. Every member of his staff (coordinator, nurses, anesthesiologist, front desk girls) were all so amazing, helpful and made me feel comfortable. Now onto the surgery— I woke up in virtually no pain, it was like taking a long nap where I woke up with boobs! All the prescriptions were given to me days before the surgery so I was prepared with everything I needed. I took the pain meds but barely needed them. He even gave me Xanax for my anxiety the day before! Now what you all really want to know. THE RESULTS: I am ecstatic with how my boobs turned out !! I’m only 6 weeks post op and everything is healing so perfectly! My incisions are NOT NOTICEABLE at all, they blend in with the nipple border and are flat and smooth. My implants are already soft and I think they’ve already dropped. These pictures are my before picture. It’s been 4 years since my last breast lift with augmentation using 300 cc silicone implants. They were heavy, and droppy and decided I needed a reduction. So decided to go with dr. Rounder as he’s called the boob god Updated on 1 May 2023: Still boxy on my right breast . I also feel my left breast is smaller :( I really hope that by the time I see the doctor they have shaped better somehow while healing . I see him 5/25, but I did contact the office with my concerns . They have noted my file Updated on 19 May 2023: The shape is definitely looking better . Insicions are healing well and no bruising. Only concern now are the nipples. They look a bit weird to me. Trying to stay hopeful that they will also eventually look better Updated on 6 Oct 2024: We decided to have a revision to fill in the breast with more projection. I loved the size they turned out to be, but the dr revised the pocket where implant is in, I had another lift and got 250 cc on left breast and 300cc on right breast high profile. I am now 3 days post op and tomorrow is my first post op appt. I do have some questions but this time trying to trust the process. In the update I have added the before surgery pic and the wish pic provided to the dr. I will follow up after post op visit. Hopefully they can answer why he went with high profile instead of the ultra high originally chosen and why they are both different cc’s. Updated on 12 Oct 2024: 9 days post op. Implant still riding pretty high still feel chest tightness and some pressure. But overall doing good. Can’t wait to see final result in the upcoming weeks . I think they’ll turn out nicely by the experience Iv had in my previous surgeries Updated on 14 Nov 2024: Today marks my 6 weeks. In the picture you can see once again dealing with dog ears at the ends of my incisions on my left breast. The scars are healing nicely though and the implant went down some. I really hope they shape good in the end - trying so hard to be patient. I believe the right breast is so much nicer and rounder - the left breast is so awfully shaped at this point. But we will see Updated on 7 Jan 2025: I should have never touched my breast again this last revision. They are completely messed up now. I am not going back to this office - I’m so overwhelmed with sadness . I really regret having the last revision and should have saved the money and the time i took to recover . Now i have lopsided breasts with a damn dog ear in the center where I should have cleavage. Now I can’t wear absolutely nothing without it being noticeable. I’m devastated :(

Everything from start to finish was amazing. I’m only 6 days post op and shocked at how good my boobs already look (I had very bad asymmetry to start off with).And the best part, NO PAIN!! I only took extra strength Tylenol the first couple of days for a migraine but other than that, I’ve been feeling fine. I only had a consult with him, so I can’t compare him to anyone else, but he is sweet and very professional. The actual procedure was a breeze. I remember going into the OR, had the IV put in, and then waking up in the recovery room. The only “pain” I ever felt was the tight , sore feeling in my chest (which was expected), but that went away after a few days. I also want to give a big shout to Jenna, the surgical coordinator. She is a God send and would always answer my (many, sometimes annoying) emails quickly and was also so sweet. Everyone else at the office was nice too! It’s a team full of beautiful ladies. From the front desk receptionist (sorry I forgot her name), Angelica the nurse, the anesthesiologist, just everyone. I’m so happy to have had surgery with the Boob God! Ladies, you will not be disappointed!! Updated on 10 Jan 2022: I’m 3 weeks post op today! Time went by so fast. My incisions are almost 100% healed and I will start scar treatments next week. I’ve been massaging 3 times a day and I def notice the left is dropping and becoming more even with the right. I’ll include close up pics of my incisions as well, ladies do not be afraid of the anchor lift! I was nervous of the scarring but they’re not as bad as I thought they’d be. (Excuse the darkness under my boobs, that’s from the surgical tape and since that area is still sore, it hurts to scrub it away in the shower). Updated on 10 Feb 2022: I got these based off a review from another girl who went to Dr.Roudner and her scars look amazing (I forgot her name but she named her boobs Venus and mars in the review). She used the vitamin c serum after showering every morning and applied the epi derm stickers after it dried and wore them all day. At night she takes the stickers off, washes them, and then uses mederma pm. I got the silicone tape for the vertical scar under my boobs because it’s raised in some areas so I don’t think the mederma will work on those spots. Updated on 19 May 2022: I’m a couple weeks shy from 6 months so wanted to post some update pics. I’m gonna get measured sometime soon, but I still fit in Large sports bras. Everything has been great though, no issues (fingers crossed) and I think this is the final stage as far as them dropping. I love the size but think I wanna get them a bit bigger in a couple years lol

Ladies come to roudner, my boobs look amazing and everyone compliments how natural and amazing they look. My recovery was super fast and boobs dropped in four months! I’m so happy that I chose him to do my breasts and there is a reason why he is known as the boob doctor!

Dr Roudner is the absolute best! My mother and grandmother both had their breast augmentations with Dr Roudner and insisted I only see Dr Roudner after they had great results. My friends gave me other doctor recommendations, so I was hesitant to listen to my family. After many consultations, I chose Dr Roudner. I live in Jupiter, so my drive to his office was quite long but worth every minute! Multiple times I was over 20-30 mins late due to traffic & his office was extremely accommodating. I never waited more than 10 minutes to see Dr Roudner. His staff made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr Rounder gave me exactly what I wanted! I couldn't recommend him more!

I had a breast lift with Implants on Monday 7/12/2021. From the moment I went in for my consultation I knew that I wanted to do my procedure with Dr. Roudner; after going to many different surgeons looking for the best one. I stopped looking when I found Dr. Roudner and scheduled my procedure that same day that’s how confident I was! Dr. Roudner’s bedside manner is amazing, he’s very polite, professional, patient and answered all my questions never once did he make me feel rushed like other surgeons tend to do. His staff is so sweet as well, never once has anyone at his office been rude or unprofessional. They are all very professional and kind. I love the fact that they don’t make you wait at your appointments, I’ve never been there longer than an hour. They always see the patients right away. After the procedure they called me to check up on me and I really appreciated that. I had a previous surgery with a different doctor and as soon as I paid for my procedure the surgeon and his staff became totally unprofessional and rude, they wouldn’t return my calls or emails and made me feel like a number not a human being. That did not happen with Dr. Roudner or his staff, they returned my emails right away and my phone calls too, I was treated with respect just like how we should be treated. Dr. Roudner is an amazing surgeon and an amazing person he is so talented he gives you exactly what you ask him for. I’m a nurse and all the girls I work with went to Dr. Roudner, that’s how I found out how amazing his results are. Thank you to all the nurses especially Vivian and Angelica, front desk staff, Jenna the surgical coordinator, my CRNA and Dr. Roudner for making me feel so comfortable and for being so nice! I am more than thrilled with my results and I’m only 4 days post-op, I can only imagine how amazing my new boobs are going to be in 3 moths! Look no further than Dr. Roudner, trust me you won’t regret it!!!

I had surgery with Lenny over 7 years ago. And never had any issues. My scars are invisible as he went through the nipple. My breasts are soft sit naturally and look real. After all this time I've never regretted a moment of choosing him as my doctor. I was kinda rushed out I felt after surgery but this seems to be procedural even though I don't think it should be for most offices. Dr. Lennys staff was so helpful, knowledgeable, and had a great bedside manner. I am now 4 months post op and have had so many compliments on how natural and fitting my augmentation looks! Dr. Lenny was very honest about size of the implants against my body while looking at sizes pre-op. I have to say he is the best of the best and I am so happy to have chosen him after doing 5 consultations with other doctors. Thank you Dr. Lenny for giving me AMAZING boobs!
