Dr. Okoro is an amazing surgeon and human being. I was always overweight as a child and made a big lifestyle change including diet, exercise and lost 78 pounds since 2011 and kept if off ever since. All the weight training in the world will not ever tighten that loose skin on my thighs. It took me several years of researching the mini thigh lift, meetings with surgeons and Dr. Okoro won my...
I had an absolutely amazing experience. After my surgery, I've been feeling fantastic. The aftercare I received was exceptional. The healing process has been smooth, and I'm eagerly looking forward to seeing my final results. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team and express my gratitude to God for guiding me through this journey.
I had arm liposuction with Bodytite + Morpheus. It has only been 2 weeks and I am very pleased with my results so far. Dr. Okoro was Amazing! It is very evident he loves what he does. My experience was Awesome and everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable from the front desk to EVERY person seen throughout the process. I felt like they really cared about ensuring I had great results and truly...
Dr Okoro performed backlift and bbl. This was truly a wonderful experience. I experienced no pain after surgery. No extreme bleeding. The bbl is natural and very flattering. I would have done this sooner had I known how painless the procedure was! Love love love my results. P.S. the entire staff is warm and welcoming. Dr. Okoro is very down to earth and extremely good at what he does.
I had a great experience. I had a BBL reduction. I had a BBL over 10 years ago and as I gained weight and got older I just didn't want that "look" anymore. I wanted a more professional buttocks if that makes sense. GA PLASTIC did a great job. It was painless. I was up and moving around the same day! It didn't feel like I had surgery either. The staff is awesome and the doctor is a true...
A: Thanks for your question and the photo your provided. It is difficult without knowing all the ins and outs of your past medical history to provide a great answer for your. Working with patients hematologist, I have performed liposuction and with skin tightening to the buttocks on patients with a history of DVT. In those cases, we try to keep the surgery under oral sedation rather than putting them to sleep. in addition, we keep the surgery time short as well as have the patients wear compression socks and SCDs. Post-op we require blood thinners and have the patient up and moving after surgery. Make sure you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.
A: Thanks for your question and the photo you provided. Unfortunately, I can not see the banana roll area. If you want more harmony to the buttock/thigh junction, you can create a buttocks fold. This would require a surgical procedure. My patients are placed under general anesthesia, excess skin to the lower pole of the buttocks and banana roll is removed and an incision is placed where your fold will be created. After 4- 6 weeks that incision forms a scar which appears to be a buttock fold. In most cases, this is combined with liposuction to reduce the bulk of the banana roll. Make sure you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.

A: Thanks for your question and the photos you provided. Due to the diffuse nature of your cellulite, I would recommend a minimally invasive procedure to release the cellulite banding called subscision. At the same time, I would graft a very small amount of fat in the dimpled area to prevent the cellulite band from re-forming. Your love handle area would provide all the fat needed. This would allow for body harmony of your back and a great shape. Make sure you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!
A: Thanks for your question. In theory, yes you can have two different providers inject the two areas and use different products. However, sticking with one provider and product will limit the amount of variables, so if something doesn't look right, you can correct it easier. Good luck!
