It seems you may have a waterfall deformity, where the breast tissue has descended over the implant, causing sagging. This can be corrected with a breast lift (mastopexy). However, as with any lift procedure, the breasts will become slightly smaller due to the removal of excess tissue.
If you wish to maintain your current size or increase it, the lift can be combined with larger implant replacement during the same surgery.

From your description and photos, this could be called an "accessory or ectopic breast tissue" rather than a typical lipoma. If it is bothersome, it can be surgically removed through a small incision in the armpit.
This is generally a straightforward procedure that can be done under local anesthesia. The recovery is usually quick, with minimal downtime, and the scar is well hidden in the natural crease of the armpit.
Given that you’ve noticed recent growth and discomfort, it would be a good idea to have it checked again before scheduling removal, just to confirm the diagnosis and plan the best approach.

I’ve had this lump on my armpit from the age of 18 but was a tiny little lump at first, over the years it’s grown significantly in size and is around 4/5cm (confirmed by hospital) but recently seems to have grown again. Rubs against clothes, catches and regularly get painful sores and rashes from this. I have been cleared from the breast clinic and revealed it was a lipoma. Is it worth getting it checked out again? If I looked at removal, would it be a bigger procedure due to the size?

From your photos, it looks like you still have a good amount of natural breast tissue. Because of this, doing a lift with an implant at the same time could carry a higher risk of developing “waterfall deformity”, where the natural tissue droops over the implant over time.
For that reason, my recommendation would be to first do a lift without an implant or reduction. This will allow the breast tissue to settle and give you a clear idea of the shape and volume after the lift. If you still want more fullness after healing (usually a few months later), an implant can be added at that stage for a safer and more predictable result.

I have always had naturally massive boobs and love them big - never experienced back issues so want to keep them big but I've lost nearly 120 lbs / 54 kg and they are pancakes now so a significant lift is a no brainer. I had an extended tummy tuck with mons lift and muscle repair in early July this year and recovery has been very easy for me with barely any pain so I'm ready to book my next procedures. I've had 4 consultations with different plastic surgeons and all are recommending different things and I'm confused as to what the best option is. 1 . Lift with slight reduction 2. Lift with Motiva round 280cc at the same time 3. Lift with fat graft to upper pole then come back for implants 4. Lift only then come back for implants

Yes, a rhinoplasty can absolutely address all of the concerns you’ve mentioned. Reducing the hump on the bridge, straightening a deviation, and refining a bulbous or square tip to create a smaller, more feminine shape. An upper blepharoplasty to open the eyes and reduce hooding can be performed during the same surgery, provided you are in good overall health. Based on your description, you appear to be a suitable candidate for both procedures, and your desired results are achievable.

I am considering a rhinoplasty but have multiple concerns I’d want it to address: firstly, the hump on my nose, secondly the fact it bends to one side and lastly I feel I have quite a bulbous and square tip. Would a rhinoplasty be able to address all 3 issues, and result in a smaller, more feminine nose? I would also be interested in an upper Blepharoplasty to open up my eyes and reduce hooding - can these 2 procedures be combined?

Based on your photos, it appears that on the left side (the side holding the phone in your picture), the nipple is positioned more centrally over the implant. On the right side, the implant sits slightly higher, which makes the nipple appear lower and less centered. To improve symmetry, the higher-sitting implant could be lowered slightly, and if needed, the nipple position could be raised by a few centimeters in the same procedure.
Regarding the firmness you mentioned, there is a possibility of early capsular contracture on the left side. If confirmed, the capsule could be released or removed during the same revision surgery.

At 6 months after submuscular breast augmentation, the left breast is still more projected than the other and positioned more to the side. Since the very first day after surgery, the left breast (275 cc) looked more tense and projected than the right one (300 cc). The left side also took the longest to drop—my surgeon even asked me to come to his office a month after the operation to help stimulate that breast to drop. I can now say that it is almost in its final position; however, it is still more tense than the right breast, more projected, and even appears slightly lower than the right one. The right breast already feels almost natural, with no discomfort. The left breast also looks rounder, and sometimes I feel a bit of tightness and pressure in the inframammary fold in the mornings. I am attaching a photo of how it looks now, as well as how it looked during the first few months. I would greatly appreciate your opinion.

It’s completely understandable that you’re feeling anxious, especially after going through more than one surgery without getting the result you hoped for. Based on what you’ve described and photos, especially the visible cartilage, the elongation of your nose, and the dent that appeared later, I believe there are a few things that can be done to improve both the function and appearance of your nose.
In your case, I would recommend a tip plasty to reduce the overprojection and improve the rotation of the tip (which currently seems a bit low). If needed, we may consider taking a cartilage graft from the rib, this is often necessary in revision cases where previous grafts are insufficient or compromised.
As for the indentation (dimple) on the bridge, this can often be corrected with a soft tissue graft, typically taken from the scalp. This helps to fill the hollow area and restore a smoother nasal contour.
Of course, as with any revision, there are always risks, but with careful planning and the right approach, I do believe your nose can be reshaped in a way that feels more natural and harmonious with your face.

I have scheduled a 3rd revision rhinoplasty in Turkey in a couple of weeks. I am honestly terrified about whether it's going to be okay. At my first rhinoplasty I had a hump on the bridge of my nose. The result wasn't to my liking, it wasn't symmetrical so I had another surgery. This time the doctor inserted cartilage in the tip of my nose, because he wanted to add projection to my nose. This became a problem though because the cartilage is visible and it makes my nose longer and when I smile, it looks horrible. And the cherry on top of the cake: a dent started showing. I felt so bad about my nose and it really looks bad. My sons friend told him: your moms nose looks like a witches. This really hurt my feelings and makes me so insecure. Can you please tell me if my nose can be normal again, without any risks of cartilage showing through again, like it did the last time. I have asked the surgeon I have an appointment with and he is confident he can fix it, but I am still so scared. Can you doctors please advise me about this matter? Thanks so much!

Hello,From what you’ve described, it sounds like you may have a mild tuberous breast deformity (Grade 1–2). This condition often leads to limited breast development, a higher inframammary fold, and a lack of volume, which could explain the issues you’ve mentioned, including difficulties with breastfeeding and the appearance of more axillary tissue than actual breast volume. In such cases, I typically recommend breast augmentation using round, high-profile silicone implants to create more fullness and projection. If necessary, a periareolar lift (donut mastopexy) can also be added to improve shape and nipple position. Additionally, your inframammary fold appears to be positioned higher than ideal, which is common in these cases. Repositioning it approximately 2 cm lower, and performing a small fat transfer to that area, can significantly enhance the natural lower pole of the breast and overall aesthetic outcome.

I am a 33 yo female, 5’4 currently 215lbs. I am looking to loose 35-40 lbs prior to doing any surgical procedures. However trying to see what my options look like. I feel like my breasts stopped growing as soon as they started. I have been the same non existent cup size since I started wearing a bra.
