I saw Dr. Lee for a rib graft rhinoplasty, and I had a great experience. I initially had functional issues with my nose--I had a widened septum and very little cartilage structure, which made it difficult to breathe through my nose. Its been a long and difficult 10 years of rhinoplasty. I've had 4 previously where other doctors messed up and created so much scar tissue. the last rhino I thought was the last one but the material Cadaver used shrunk about 25% and made my nose looked like it was missing half.
