I have wanted a breast reduction for years on end, but I was always afraid to go through with it. That all changed after my first consultation with Dr. Amunategui From the moment I met him, I felt completely comfortable and at ease. He patiently explained every detail of the procedure and answered all my questions, addressing my fears with genuine compassion. I knew from the first visit I had met my doctor. I committed that first day. The results of my surgery are more than I could have imagined—they are truly life-changing. Absolutely no pain, he said it before again and again NO PAIN, but I couldn’t wrap my head around how possible it could be no pain after a tummy tuck and breast reduction and lifting. He was right I only felt normal discomfort after surgery. That was a WOW MOMENT FOR ME. I feel great. I also feel much more confident and comfortable in my own skin than I ever have before. Dr.Amunategui is a true talent artist with exemplary skill, and high level techniques. The entire office staff was also incredibly warm and supportive throughout the entire process, from pre-op to recovery. His surgical staff was amazing. I went to Dr. Amunategui with concerns of a possible ruptured implant, and from start to finish my experience could not have been better. The consultation was free, and he immediately made me feel comfortable, important, and never once rushed. I was referred to him by a friend whose results were the most beautiful I had ever seen, and after my consultation I knew I was in the best hands. Surgery day was completely stress-free thanks to him and his wonderful staff. (By the way, not only did he come in to see me before and after surgery but he even came in to put on my compression socks beforehand and stayed well after to make sure I was alright afterward!) The anesthesiologist and the nurse who stayed with me as I woke up were especially kind and caring. After surgery, they confirmed that my implant had indeed ruptured, and Dr. Amunategui performed a capsulectomy. My previous implants were 339cc moderate plus profile and the new ones are 485cc high profile. The rupture was in the left breast. After pictures are 2 months post-op. My results are absolutely perfect and they're looking even better every day—I could not be happier. Dr. Amunategui is truly THE BEST, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled, compassionate, and trustworthy surgeon.

So far it’s been 10/10! He’s been really kind and encouraging, informational, very helpful with any and all questions. All his staff is super friendly as well! I was so nervous going in but Dr. Amunategui has been wonderful.

Dr. A is a very caring, patient & understanding MD. He listens to your concerns and suggests or help you decide what would be best for your situation. He explains everything in detail. His staff is friendly and efficient in their paperwork & correspondence. Dr. A. did an AMAZING job on my "wings" (Brachioplasty). I feel like a new person on that alone. BUT, he also performed knee lipo, a tummy tuck, and fat transfer to the breasts, since I didn't want implants. He was very gentle in his handling. He's very professional in his ways ... he's a gentleman when it comes to taking before/after pictures and respects the modesty involved - which makes you feel more comfortable. After my procedures, I was back on my feet in no time. I didn't take but 1 night of pain meds. And he texted and called to make sure everything was alright. We had a follow-up appt. the next day and all was well. I would definitely recommend him for whatever procedure you plan on having. His hands are magical and his talents are endless. He's very knowledgeable in all the latest trends, whether good or bad. He's also very matter of fact, where he'll tell you if it will be good for you or not. I'd rather an honest doctor than one that just wants to perform to make money. This is the guy that will tell you. Ever since my procedures, I look at the areas that I had worked on, and STILL can't believe it looks so good. Since I've lived with it looking bad for so long, I glance at the area and have to giggle with happiness. I am so thankful every day for looking at how good it now looks. All thanks to Dr. Amunategui. God gave him this talent to make YOU feel better about yourself. Let him work his wonders with you!

Dr. Amunategui is an incredibly skilled surgeon — truly an artist and a perfectionist. I flew in from out of town for an upper blepharoplasty based on a friend’s recommendation. During my consultation, Dr. A evaluated my face, and although I pushed for additional procedures (like a mini facelift), he advised me to wait. I’m absolutely thrilled with my results and plan to return for a facelift in a few years. There was no pain at all, and this “after” photo was taken less than three weeks post-op. I finally have eyelids again!

Dr. A’s care and bedside manner is meticulous and personalized. He really listens and cared about my concerns and questions. His staff was also very accommodating and super friendly. I highly recommend him to anyone!
