Hello, I am a 21 year old female. I am currently 135lbs and 5ft. My weight fluctuated a lot as a teen, highest being 175lbs and lowest being 80lbs. Throughout that time Ive notice a change in my breast and asymmetry. I was just wondering if a lift is necessary or can I get fuller even breast with just implants.
I am 54 and 145 pounds. i have had sagging breasts since i hit puberty at 9. i also lost some weight around the age of 14, which im guessing contributes, but my breasts have been saggy since i was about 11, but thats not something you really think about at that age. i hide it from all of my friends, but i am genuinely extremely insecure. i am unable to wear bathing suits, most normal bras cause extreme gapping, and even tube tops have to be paired with a bra. i have a lot of friends and we have all seen each other naked at some point, and even my friends with bigger breasts dont sag this much. i am also decently active, i work out my chest muscles pretty often. im not sure if a breast augmentation is even worth it, because all of the skin that is there is probably what makes my boobs have any volume, and i dont like the risks associated with implants (or the aesthetic of fake boobs). i have thought about surgeries since i was at least 14. i absolutely hate my breasts, and the only thing i have not done is ask a professional.
Im about to have my breast augmentation surgery in October. Im a petite Asian woman, 55, 105lbs. My doctor recommended Netrella SSF 220CC udue to my narrow chest wall. I really want to have a small C cup after surgery but also natural look, do you think 220CC under muscle will be able to give me that look? And I want to have some cleavage as well, do you think its possible?
I am 54 anf my weight has fluctuated since my augumentation in October 2024. I was a 34B before my surgery. I was scared to do 400cc and ended up going with 375cc high profile silicone smooth round. All i wanted was big C/small D very round breasts. I am fully healed and am dissapointed.. they are not nearly as big and definitely not round. Im told that going over 400 would be more risky and the two sizes were perfect for my frame. Should I or could I of gone bigger or are they suppose to look this not rounded? They also didnt turn out anywhere near my crisalix photos.
Im 45 years old and 54, my current weight is 135lb over the past year and a half I have had some weight loss and my cup size has gone from a small D to a B and I would like to restore volume. I am trying to figure out if it would be possible to have augmentation without a breast lift or if a breast lift would be required for me to have augmentation. I would like to be restored to a small D cup again.
Im looking for a little guidance on how to reach my goal. Im 53, 145lbs, 36C, and had a breast reduction back in 2021. After some weight fluctuations, this is where things stand today. I really want to remove the sagging tissue under my nipples and add an implant to get that upper pole fullness. The way Im cupping my breasts in the photo is exactly the look Im going for. Ive had a few consultations, but everyones telling me something different and Im feeling a little lost: Consult #1: Sientra High Profile 225cc Consult #2: Moderate Plus 150cc (feels too small since my BWD is 13.6) Consult #3: (pics attached) Mentor Moderate Profile 345cc or High Profile 335cc I like the roundness of the HP but they look too big for me.
Hi, I am interested in learning more about breast augmentation and would like to understand 2 things related to Type 1 Diabetics: 1. What is the health criteria to determine if a type 1 diabetic is safe to undergo surgery 2. What is the expected recovery time for exercise (pilates specifically if that detail matters)? Thank u
Hello. Ive had my periareolar mastopexy with breast augmentation 6 months ago to improve th appearance of my tuberous breasts..Im now abroad for some months, so cannot see my doctor for another consultation. Although I see that the shape of my breasts is questionable and areolas are very stretched. I had Sientra low profile round implants installed (left 210 cc, right 190 cc, to balance some asymmetry). anything can be done to improve the situation? Thank you
At 6 months after submuscular breast augmentation, the left breast is still more projected than the other and positioned more to the side. Since the very first day after surgery, the left breast (275 cc) looked more tense and projected than the right one (300 cc). The left side also took the longest to dropmy surgeon even asked me to come to his office a month after the operation to help stimulate that breast to drop. I can now say that it is almost in its final position; however, it is still more tense than the right breast, more projected, and even appears slightly lower than the right one. The right breast already feels almost natural, with no discomfort. The left breast also looks rounder, and sometimes I feel a bit of tightness and pressure in the inframammary fold in the mornings. I am attaching a photo of how it looks now, as well as how it looked during the first few months. I would greatly appreciate your opinion.
