Im feeling unsure about which implant size to choose, and Im a bit afraid of it looking too exaggerated. Ive always wanted bigger breasts, so I do want a larger implant. Im deciding between 375 cc and 400 cc silicone implants. My height is 50 and I weigh about 88 lbs. I already tried the surgical bra with the sizers, but Im still unsure if the size I see with the sizer will change after surgery. Does the breast usually look bigger, smaller, or about the same as what I see with the sizer during the procedure? Thank you!
I've attached a current photo. I have been considering a breast augmentation for a long time. I do plan on having children in the future. Should I go through with surgery now or wait? What changes can I expect while pregnant/breastfeeding?
I am 5'7, 125lb, 27 YO. Previous BA done 2022 from AA cup to A cup with 215 moderate smooth round implants. I realized I wanted to go bigger and have more projection and upper pole fullness. I'm concerned with my current implants bottoming out a bit. Would there be a preference between moderate plus and moderate plus extra for someone with little breast tissue like myself? I liked the idea of extra due to the upper pole fullness and less lower pole arc. I'm thinking around 375cc.
I am wondering if I am a candidate for just a breast augmentation without a lift. To be honest, I do not really want bigger breasts as I measure as a 30G/H right now, but I also do not want to have a breast lift because of the scarring. I am only interested in increasing upper pole fullness with as minimal scarring as possible. I am wondering if I can instead do small (VERY small) implants in order to increase my upper pole fullness without increasing breast size too much.
Hi doctors! I am 44, 170 cm, 57 kg and athletic. I am looking for subfascial augm and have seen two different doctors about this. One proposed Mentor Anatomical (215 cc) and the other one Motiva Ergonomix2 (200 cc, mini). I am looking for the softest implant that I can get, and also want to minimize the risk of rippling since Im kind of thin. Does Mentor teardrop only come in cohesive lll? The doctor that proposed mentor said the coh dont really affect the final softness - is that true?
I would like to do saline implants due to concerns about silicone. I know a lot of doctors say it's safe but I just feel way more comfortable with saline. The issue is I also want to do them over the muscle because I'm extremely active (can do 15 pull ups). Are there any successful cases of saline being placed over the muscle, maybe with fat grafting too so it doesn't look fake? I am a B cup with a wider rib cage for context.
Hello. I am 10 months post op - 295cc implant with internal bra/galaflex mesh. Theyve always felt very heavy despite. I am now planning for a revision with more mesh. I asked if I needed a smaller implant and was told I did not. Will adding more mesh prevent me from bottoming out again? I was under the impression the internal bra was supposed to prevent that in the first place. I dont want to have corrective surgeries every year. Should I ask for a smaller implant?
Im 6ft tall, have an hourglass figure but my breast are disproportionately small compared to the rest of my body. They have always been this was but since losing a significant amount of weight this has worsened. If I wear dresses or tops without a bra I either appear to have no boobs or they look saggy as all the volume is in the base of the breasts and theres nothing in the top half. I dont want massive breasts or for it to look like Ive had them done, I just want the volume and shape to be more balanced. I also work in the emergency services so the 6 week recovery associated with normal breast augmentations is not doable for me. Im desperate to have them done as they knock my self confidence so much.
Looking for input on the right size for me. Im struggling to find examples of women of similar size and stature to me to compare to. The goal: slightly larger overall, enhanced cleavage but mainly fullness in the upper pole. 5ft 8 72kg BWD: c. 14cm Good tissue coverage therefore going over the muscle. Its really important that they look natural, but fit my frame, without making me look top heavy or bulky. It will be mentor implants. Is moderate + a better option than high or ultra high profile? What CC would you recommend? Nipple piercings: can they be reinserted immediately after surgery? (Itll be an incision under the breast Im getting). Pictures attached of me currently plus my ideal plus what I DO NOT want. Thank you!!!
Hi! Im planning to get a breast augmentation soon and Im hoping to get advice from surgeons or patients with similar stats. My goal is to achieve a natural look with fullness, sometimes described as the sweater boob look not overly fake, but with good upper pole and nice cleavage in fitted tops without a bra. Im between 400cc to 500cc. Here are my details: Height: 51 Weight: 130 lbs Current bra size: 34B Tissue coverage: Not much, petite frame Placement planned: Under the muscle (UTM) Desired look: Round, full, soft natural but enhanced Is 500cc too large for my frame? Would I be at risk for sideboob or too much projection? Which implant (Motiva vs Mentor) feels more natural and moves better under the muscle? Should I consider moderate-plus profile instead? Has anyone with a similar body type gotten 500cc and been happy with the results? Any insights or before/after examples would be so appreciated! I want to make sure Im making the right choice for my body and goals. The photos include me from 3 angles and my wish photos Thank you!!
