I researched a plastic surgeon more than a year ago because I knew I was going to have some procedures done. I chose Clevens Face and body because of ratings in Brevard county and reviews from clients. They have not disappointed! Last year I had a tummy tuck and liposuction, and Dr McGregor and his assistant Barbara were/are amazing from beginning through my year of follow-up! A month ago I went back for a facelift and CO2 laser rejuvenation treatment - Dr Clevens and his amazing staff have been awesome through the entire process, explaining the procedures in detail and answering all my questions with care and patience. My follow-ups with aesthetician Christina Smith have been great, she is so knowledgeable about my after care skin care regimen! The entire team at Clevens from front desk to patient care has been worth every dollar! My satisfaction with the results of my surgeries and procedures is over the moon! Thank you to the entire team! Best care and results of any plastic surgeon’s office I’ve ever had in Florida!!

Dr. Clevens performed impeccable surgery and at three months out, I’m super happy with my results. Also, I recently met with the delightful Samira Caraballo. Samira’s a MMS, PAC and is a non-surgical facial regeneration specialist. She works her injectables magic with all the latest techniques and knowledge so you’ll get maximum results from your fillers. I’m thrilled with my Botox results. She also knows her way around lasers and skin cancer concerns. But the real bonus is that like the whole Clevens team, Samira is a polished professional, who also has the gift of connecting with people in a fun, friendly way. Since I have gone through puberty I have been self conscious of my profile and the imbalance of my features. I have an Italian nose and a weak, slightly receded chin. Throughout my teenage years and into my 20s I played with the idea of one day getting a nose job. That was until I got filler in my chin and realized that I have more of an issue with my chin than my nose! I started with chin filler in August 2021 and really liked the results. The problem was that the cost was not worth it to me. I decided to get a chin implant because I knew that my confidence would improve and my wallet would thank me in the long run! After consulting with multiple local plastic surgeons I decided to go with Dr. Clevens because of his experience and his methods. My procedure was under local anesthetics in his office. This was an under-the-chin implant and unlike other surgeons I consulted with, Clevens anchors the implant under the fascia of the chin bone, meaning no screws! Dr. Clevens and his staff were efficient, knowledgeable, and comforting throughout the whole experience. The procedure was quick (around 30 minutes) and the first day I slept and had relatively little pain. The one thing they didn't warn me about enough is that I couldn't open my mouth very far at all! I had to buy a childs toothbrush and eat with my hands the first 24 hours. I am currently two days post op with more mouth movement and still little pain. The most discomfort I have at the moment is the weight of the bandages pulling on the tendon that attaches the gums and bottom lip, called the frenum. Tomorrow I get the bandages off so I will update again soon! Updated on 11 Nov 2022: Here are a few before photos from the past few years. Updated on 11 Nov 2022: The surgery went really well and I slept a couple of hours afterwards until the sedatives wore off. I haven't felt much pain, mostly tightness from the swelling. The biggest struggle was that I couldn't open my mouth very far, but that is improving every day. Today they took my bandages off and I'm very happy with the results so far! My chin is definitely bulbous and boxy due to swelling. The nurse told me that the swelling will be different every day, with some days looking nicer than others. I am set up to come back in two weeks for Dr. Clevens to see the results himself. I do feel like the swelling may have gotten worse after the bandages came off, so I've been icing the area. Updated on 21 Nov 2022: I'm very happy with my progress so far! The tightness and swelling has improved every day. I really noticed the swelling starting to go down after 1 week! My mouth is almost able to open as wide as before surgery and I still have some tightness that limits my head movement. The stitches also started to dissolve and fall out at the 10 day mark. It was pretty itchy but I tried my best not to touch them! I only have one stitch hanging on. Once the stitches started falling out the redness of the skin started to subside and it is now pink. I don't see the surgeon for another week (the Thanksgiving holiday pushed it out a few days). Hopefully this last stitch will come out before then so I can start using scar healing gel! While there was still a lot of swelling I would wear a mask out in public or a large bandaid if eating in public. I stopped wearing a mask once my stitches came out and I feel a confidence boost already!

I was on the fence about having a NeoGraft hair transplant procedure for a few years now. After consulting with Dr. Clevens a few times, I finally took the leap and had the procedure done. The staff at Clevens Face and Body Specialist were fantastic, Dr. Clevens and staff were very thorough about what the procedure would be like and what I should expect post-opt. Dr. Clevens was clear on what I should expect from the operation and helped me make an informed decision on whether I should go forward with it or not. While it will be awhile before I see the full results of the procedure, everything the staff and doctor said would happen has been accurate, so I have no reason to believe the results will be what I was told to expect. Everyone at the Melbourne location are amazing to interact with, polite, courteous, and overall a pleasure.

On the recommendation of my sister in law, I had a hair procedure performed here which went Flawlessly! From reception, to Johanna giving me the general overview and the specifics of the procedure, and then the procedure itself, Dr. Clevens and his associates and staff, all handled my procedure with meticulous precision and excellence! These procedures are offered at multiple places, but I wanted to be sure it was done by excellent surgeons and professionals, who are in pursuit of excellence, and would therefore garner my anticipated results. I had a primary septorhinoplasty & a revision done by Dr. Clevens. The primary was done in 2019 and unfortunately I suffered an injury to my nose at five months post op that left me with a bump on my tip. Dr. Clevens has been very patient and understanding throughout the whole process. So far I am very happy with my revision results.

Before coming to see Dr. Clevens, I did a lot of research. I asked around, I looked online, I spoke with a woman who used to work with a previous Harvard colleague of Dr. Clevens - and she said he was amazing. So all signs pointed to him being the best in Brevard. From the day of my consult, my experience was already heading in the right direction. Johanna was my Patient Care Coordinator - she was so sweet, caring, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pushed, and really took her time with me. Meeting Dr. Clevens, I knew I had made the right decision, and never felt the need for a second opinion as people had, recommended I do when I started my search for a surgeon. My procedure went smooth, and my post op care with nurse Betsy and nurse Amanda was great! I loved my visit with Christina. I have already recommended Dr. Clevens to a friend of mine. When choosing to do plastic surgery, especially on your face, you want to know you have chosen the best Dr. for the job, not just for a bargain. I feel I chosen correctly.
