I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Barbee and his entire team. From the very first consultation, I felt completely comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. I underwent a facelift, neck lift, and blepharoplasty, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Dr. Barbee is not only incredibly skilled, but also kind, patient, and truly attentive. He takes the time to explain everything in detail and makes sure you feel confident every step of the way. His approach is natural and thoughtful — I never felt rushed or pressured, and I always knew I was in the best hands. The results speak for themselves. I look like a refreshed version of myself — not “done,” just better. That was exactly what I wanted, and he delivered beautifully. The office is spotless, professional, and exceptionally well run. From consultation through post-op care, the entire process was seamless and reassuring. Christina Smith is amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and genuinely cares about her patients. She made me feel comfortable every step of the way and has been such an important part of my recovery. Her lymphatic drainage massages have made a noticeable difference in my healing process. The skincare products they offer are also outstanding — high-quality, thoughtfully curated, and truly elevate both the experience and the results. When I first came to Dr Clevens over 20 years ago, I had debilitating migraines. Botox was being prescribed for relief. I was nervous, however desperate. Not only has Dr Clevens helped me to live without pain, his whole office goes above and beyond to make me comfortable. Danielle, his nurse, is not only professional, she is a delight. Janice greeted us with such a friendly smile and kind words. I feel blessed to have met Dr Clevens and his staff.

Christina is a professional from start to finish. From the moment I walked in the atmosphere was calming and inviting. Christina provided a truly relaxing experience. She took the time to assess my skin type and concerns which made me feel comfortable and informed . I had CO2 Laser resurfacing on face by Dr Varner who is a plastic surgeon intern at Clevens. I asked him to increase the intensity of the Laser (my first Laser treatment a year earlier at Clevens was disappointing with little improvement). Dr Varner ramped up the intensity and it was very effective. The deep wrinkles on lips & mouth are noticeably softened, skin is tighter and healthier. He numbed & injected my face, I had no pain.Followup care was thorough. I highly recommend Dr Varner for the CO2 Laser treatment.

Christina is always so good about making me comfortable before the peel. She explains each step and stays by my side, as we catch up on our lives since we last saw each other. She makes sure I am ok, as the peel does its thing. I just can not say enough good things about her skill and patient care. She is a simply the best!!!

Christina’s lymphatic massages are a treat! I had a deep plane face lift and her services are part of the package. I bought the products she recommended and have been diligent in my post surgical skin care. I am healing wonderfully and look forward to our appointment

I rarely post reviews but in this instance I must :) I recently underwent cosmetic surgery with Clevens Face and Body Specialists, Dr. Christopher Hess specifically. While everyone has their own experience and what is most important to them when choosing a surgeon and office, I can tell you that for me, I am so incredibly happy and thankful for my choice in both. The front office staff is most delightful and welcoming. I wish I was better with names but am sadly, not. However, each has been wonderful. I met with Doctor Hess and unloaded my medical history, which is extensive with past health issues to say the least. He showed concern where others had not. He explained the red flags and what areas to be careful of. He required additional health screening to make certain surgery would be safe for me, no other doctor had taken this step. Surgery was done quickly and efficiently. The surgical center where completed was absolutey fantastic with nursing staff and anesthesiologist superb! Excellent care all the way around. Post-op check went amazing and my healing has been remarkable. Where others have said I would likely have issues, I did not. While I still have some healing to go, I am already so happy with my results and the care received. Back office staff is top notch with follow up, information and sincerity. Tammy, Patient Care Coordinator, lead me through all the necessary steps to make the surgery happen and had patience with me through every one of my many phone calls. A most sincere thank you to Dr. Hess for taking a chance on me and giving me what I had hoped so much for. I could not be more thankful to you for your concern and skill, compassion of my situation and ongoing helpfulness. Recommend 10 out of 10!

I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Hess. He was very attentive, helpful, and honest throughout the consultations and pre-op appointments. I am a very thin and naturally small person so I was very worried about how natural my implants would or could look. His recommendations on sizing were great. My results are perfect and I’ve received so many compliments from friends and family on how natural they look. I am very happy with my results.

Last year I had a tummy tuck and liposuction, and Dr McGregor and his assistant Barbara were/are amazing from beginning through my year of follow-up! A month ago I went back for a facelift and CO2 laser rejuvenation treatment - Dr Clevens and his amazing staff have been awesome through the entire process, explaining the procedures in detail and answering all my questions with care and patience. My follow-ups with aesthetician Christina Smith have been great, she is so knowledgeable about my after care skin care regimen! The entire team at Clevens from front desk to patient care has been worth every dollar! My satisfaction with the results of my surgeries and procedures is over the moon! Thank you to the entire team!
