You do not look like you are at risk for synmastia. Don't wear things that press your implant flat against your chest. You can wear a bra that separates the breasts.

There is no place for subfascial implant placement. Dual plane sub muscular implants offer the best outcome.

ANSWER
Submuscular dual plane transaxillary breast augmentation looks great for a very long time. My patients with saline implants (which do not need to be removed every 10 years) have beautiful implants 15 to 25 years later.

Lift will not make you perkier. Fat transfer is unpredictable and will make you larger. Implants will make you larger but will achieve the perkiness. Laser will do nothing

ANSWER
This is very much not normal practice and is certainly not safe. There are blood supply issues, unpredictability of the cosmetic outcome. You would be turning a cosmetic operation into a reconstructive operation. Just a bad idea

There is really no excuse to overfill a 330 HP implant to 500. Could have used a 420-500, 460-550 or 500-600. The surgeon most likely did not have the correct implant to use.

ANSWER
350 to 450 would be fine depending on your perceptions of what is too large. Only you can decide on that. But the range is certainly legitimate.

The reason you do not like the look is because the implants are on top of the muscle. That approach is from 1962 and the edges of the implant are more visible, the risk of infection and capsular contracture is higher because the implant is in direct contact with he breast tissue which is not sterile, sub glandular implants affect mammograms. The lower pole needs to be opened to allow the implant to give you "bottom boob". Can't get an appointment with your surgeon until December is absurd.

ANSWER
The surgeon should be position you with support around the breast so you are not lying directly on them during the surgery and you should do the same during the recovery. 11 year old 1500cc implants are at an increased risk of deflation. A BBL will increase that. I do not perform BBL for other reasons, but if you are concerned about rupture it is just another reason to avoid the surgery.

If done properly by a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Liposuction is safe. Gynecologists, Family Doctors, and other specialists that take a "course" in Liposuction have no business performing this surgery just like a Plastic Surgeon has no business doing a hysterectomy. "Cosmetic Surgeon" is not a board and they should be avoided at all costs.
