When can I start to exercise after liposuction?
I always recommend my patients to have a nice diet, healthy food, drink a lot of water and keep making their bodies beautiful with harmony with themselves 24/7
It's better to start working out after 6 weeks from liposuction, you can do cardio, but not more than 20 minutes per day, remember that you have a bbl and your fat can go away as you're losing pounds!
Do weights and squats! that's the most sexiest thing ever!
Fit is the new sexy, and after you have that nice body, even more!!
