Procedures I'm known for

Face and Neck Lifts
If you have concerns with your cheeks and midface, your jowl and jawline, as well as your neck and chin, a facelift can help you achieve natural results and restore your youthful appearance. Address three major areas in one procedure. Dr. Clevens specializes in modern and comprehensive facelift techniques, such as the deep plane facelift, which addresses the fat pads deep under the skin to recontour the face in a way that creates natural-looking results. He will also remove excess fat or add fat for volume as needed. Dr. Clevens carefully hides incisions in natural creases—you won’t be able to tell you had surgery. Facelifts are performed alongside an anesthesiologist in a state-licensed, nationally accredited Ambulatory Surgery Center, ensuring the highest levels of safety and comfort.
Rhinoplasty and Nose Shaping
Rhinoplasty, commonly referred to as a nose job, is the surgical solution that can reshape your nose, improve breathing and reduce congestion, and boost your confidence. Dr. Clevens will make incisions either externally between the nostrils (“open” rhinoplasty) or internally, concealed within the nose (“closed” rhinoplasty). The chosen technique depends on your needs and will be discussed prior to surgery. He will also reshape your cartilage, carving and resetting bones as needed, and using cartilage grafts to change the bone structure. Your safety and comfort is our top priority. Rhinoplasty procedures are only performed in state-licensed, nationally accredited Ambulatory Surgery Centers alongside an anesthesiologist.
Eyelid Enhancement
If you have excess skin causing your upper eyelids to droop and even impair your vision, you may want to consider eyelid surgery. You may also consider the procedure for cosmetic reasons, such as eliminating sagging and under-eye bags. Dr. Clevens performs more than 250 sets of eyelid procedures each year. Dr. Clevens is one of the most skilled facial plastic surgeons at blepharoplasty. He will remove excess skin, muscle, and fatty tissue on your upper eyelid via a tiny incision hidden in the eyelid crease. The lower eyelid incision is completely hidden, making it an “invisible” lower eyelid surgery. He performs procedures in a state-licensed, nationally accredited Ambulatory Surgery Centers alongside an anesthesiologist.
