I am 5'6'' and weight 130 pounds. I've been debating a breast augmentation for about three years now, but decided to go with Dr. John Burns due to his great reviews and his amazing before and after pictures. I am scheduled to go into surgery on July 18th.
A few months ago, I met the doctor and his team for my consultation. One thing I loved was getting to see my body with 3D imaging. I am such a visual person, so at my other consultations I had struggled not being able to physically see what certain sizes would look on me.
I'm still very unsure as to what size I want to go with. Although I have the 3D images, it's hard to imagine what would be "too much" or not enough when wearing clothes... I'm feeling so stressed about the decision, but I know Dr. Burns will help me out.

Today I got my breast augmentation. Ended up getting 375cc on each side. Everyone was so welcoming this morning and put me at ease. The surgery itself only took 25 minutes, and I was heading home 45 minutes later. Loving the results so far!

I arrived at 6AM for a 7AM start time. Staff made me feel so comfortable. I struggle with anxiety but didn't feel any of it being there. Went with 375cc after debating between 350-400cc. Sore in the center of my chest but on a few medications which are helping! I am up and walking, which feels fine. My breasts are very hard and numb right now, but I'm giving myself time to heal. Once they drop and fluff, I know they will look amazing. I was very happy to see that they are proportionate to my body... I was worried about them looking too big! As of now, limited bruising and pain. I'll keep everyone updated throughout the next few months!
