I had two surgeons recommend a lift in addition to the implants, because of the shape of my breasts. My goal was increased volume/fullness and proportion to my hourglass shape. I decided on 385 cc high profile silicone gummy Natrelle implants. They look just perfect on my frame. I’m 5’5 125 lbs. 32B. Originally I was thinking 310 cc but I’m so glad I chose bigger! If you are in between a range, choose the bigger one.

The surgery was short and without issues. The first few days have been painful, but by day 5 I’m off pain meds. I’m using an orthopedic pillow to sleep on my back. I hit the gym for mild cardio. I’ve had help to walk my dog. I’m not lifting anything heavy.

I’m so excited with my decision and cannot wait to heal. This is the single biggest investment I’ve ever done in myself outside of education and I’m feeling AMAZING. I have an incredibly challenging life and this has been a true blessing. Only good things to come!!!
