Movement
One month post op
I can finally hit the gym, lie on my side or stomach comfotably and very little pain. I do my exercises and massages regularly as well as use the arnica and scar fade gel on my incisions. Both are healing well but just like with my breasts- one faster than the other. One breast is still a little slow to drop and fluff - it's frustrating to have one amazing breast and the other is a little sad looking. I love them either way and don't regret a thing. Clothes fit great, I feel comfortable naked, and I currently measure 36 D :) I've uploaded my massage pics to show movement.

I had my initial consultation with Dr. Lista. I booked my surgery date same day. I didn't have many questions as his intro speech covered most things, and the rest I had previously researched. His assistant Daniel was so comforting and reassuring. I don't think I would have booked the appointment without his encouragement, and positive attitude. I have a lot of confidence in Dr. Lista's ability to give me a natural/full look.
