Pre op kit :)

Always go by what your doctor recommends for my lipo I made a pre op kit. One thing I did was stopped smoking cold turkey... Yes its hard but to make sure my healing process isn't delayed I had to make some sacrifice. Trust me you'll feel better at least 1 month before def don't smoke during recovery. I drank 1000mg of vitamin c everyday heard that helps with the nicotine don't know if it does but I haven't gotten sick and physically felt better. But here's some other stuff I purchased to prepare

Bromelain 500mg every 8 hours
Vitamin c 500mg morning
Arnica get about 2 or 3 tubes 1 isn't enough depending on how many areas ...gel not cream every 8 hours
Arnica pellets 30c take 5 under tongue every 8 hours
Prune juice .you will get constipated tastes better warm
If you can't do prune juice a laxative and stool softener
Colace start 3 days before surgery

Case of Gatorade stay hydrated
Crackers you might feel nauseous and without appetite keep some crackers close to eat before taking meds. I prefer crackers w peanut butter for protein. Will need that protein
If you don't get hungry keep a couple of bottles of ensure just in case
Cold /hot compress helps especially on your tummy.
Waterproof cover for bed puppy pads also work so you won't leak onto the bed
If tummy lipo rolling pin to massage and help drain the tummy area
Poise pads for leakage or draining areas.

*Take arnica pellets about a week before surgery
*if your period is expected close to surgery date keep in mind trauma sometimes makes your period start early. Mine did. Have tampons or pads ready.
I have a 2nd surgery scheduled for may 10 and my blood count was low due to this surgery so taking multivitamins help consult w doctor first. There are many medications herbs and vitamins that are not recommended weeks before surgery and after .

If you need help getting any of these things feel free to ask
