WORTH IT$15,000
I haven't updated in such a long time and I wanted to let everyone know how I have been doing. I have good and bad days still with my swelling. It will be a year next month. I still have numbness in certain areas but overall I am still pleased with my results. I haven't been to a follow up visit in a while and will be calling this week to follow up. The incision looks flawless and one side you can't see the line, the other side is a little darker.

Dr. Mahony is so sweet, caring and very professional. She is awesome and when you have surgery she gives you her home and cell number. We had to call her twice on her cell and she was very pleasant. She wants the best results for all of her patients and she genuinely cares about her patients.Updated on 11 Jun 2012:Dr. Mahony is the most professional, down to earth doctor I have ever met. Her expertise and her personal touch in providing patients the best care is phenomenal. Her bedside manner was key for me. I read so many reviews where patients did not have personal contact information for their doctors. She provides full access to her after your surgery and doesn't mind those calls that may seem silly but very serious to us, because we don't know. Dr. Mahony answers your questions so thoroughly and in easy to understand terms and takes her time no matter how many times you say I'm not sure what you mean. She is patient, caring and makes you feel like you are part of her family. I can always reach her to have my questions or concerns answered. Her office manager Angela, has the same sweet spirit that she has. Angela is patient and always professional. The payment process is so easy and it's a lot of money that are exchanging hands, but her system makes it so it's the last thing on your mind.

So I remember sitting on the couch so upset that the people I made connections with on here slowly faded away. I would say why aren't they updating their info well I apologize because now I see that life gets back on track and you are no longer sitting around drinking pineapple juice and eating prunes. So as far as my healing process, I am sooo happy still that I had this procedure. At my last check up she did say there was extra skin that once everything relaxed there is that bulge. I am just waiting, I really don't want to have another procedure. I am still massaging and using palmers oil and bio oil. Today I started wearing the binder again just for extra support and to help with the swelling.

3 Month Post Op
This will be my 3 month post op update. My tummy looks great! I am still dealing will swelling every now and then. My PS said I could get rid of my binder but I have fallen in love with it. She actually called it a girdle which made me really want to burnt lol! I might be looking at a revision down the road but not really sure. I have some loose skin near mons, I guess that is what everyone calls it. She said she would have to open the entire incision again. My tummy is way flatter then what it was before so I am ecstatic but if I start to notice the extra skin in my clothes I might be heading under the knife again? I am still doing scar therapy
3 times a day with Palmers and the incision is healing quite nicely. I have been cleared to do everything so watch out gym, here I come. I will start on Tuesday. Lol! Hubby loves the new tummy, I am hoping that the loose skin tightens up a little more. Crossing my fingers.

Please post pics of your new "girls"!! I had a breast reduction June 18th and will be having my TT Aug 6th,,,,,CAN'T WAIT!!!. I'm really happy with the new girls and so anxious for the tt. You look great, congrats!!
Thanks! It will be here before you know it. It wasn't a fun process in the beginning but the results sort of make you forget what it was really like. Almost like giving birth, you go through 9 months of changes and then labor but once baby is here you forget it all:). Good luck and take it day by day. We are all here for you :)
wow pink! good way to explain the pain before the gain lol. Thank so much I'll try to update after TT and will post pics soon of BR
