I cannot sing enough praise for Dr. Schwartz and his team!! Since calling in to make the consultation appointment I have been treated with warmth and great customer service. He sat with me and my fiance for almost two hours answering every question we could think of. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and can back up his statements with facts (some doctors only give you their opinion on implants and incisions). I had reservations about silicon, and he went through every possible reason why silicon wasn't anything to be afraid of. He even had a video visual to ease my mind. For the consultation he has a 3D machine that shows you how you would look with certain implants, and lets you take home the pictures. I went to three different consultations and none of them offered something like that. I have felt confidence in Dr. Schwartz each step of the way. He answers emails within 24 hours (but most of the time its within a few hours). His team is welcoming and reassuring. The nurse who helped answered any and every question I had and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Even the nurses in the OR stayed with me after the surgery, chatting with me making me comfortable in any way they could. I recommend this office to ANYONE considering a procedure.
