So far I don't know if there is a difference yet. Still continuing my work outs, eating healthy etc...still numb but no pain whatsoever. Its not even noticeable. I will keep posting as time goes on.

Today is the 8th day and i am still somewhat numb. Doesn't bother me much. Don't notice much of a difference yet, but im sure i will see something over the course of the next 3-4 months. The photos below are from right before the coolsculpt to day 6. Will post as time passes.....

Did you measure your waste line area before the procedure? That's what I did and I'm waiting for week 2 to measure myself again to see if there's a difference. I do see a difference in your before and after pic though. :)

I did, but I have to get that measurement from the nurse because I forgot. I will check in soon on that though.

wow! I just want to say I've been on and off about getting this done and your pictures have made me FINALLY decide its a YES! You look amazing! I am 5'6" 158lbs, around you and just have some stubborn lower belly fat. Keep us updated and congrats! Wish i could go to your doctor, he did a great job!

Thank you! I went to this place at 440 Mamaroneck Avenue. Best price in town too. I dont think there have been much results yet but i am hopeful

DAY 4: Still numb, but already notice a slight difference. No pain at all just a little tight in those areas. Funny annoying thing to mention is that when my shirt starts coming up or my pants go down a bit i dont realize because im numb and dont feel it hahah.
I can say that I think i see a slight progress. Could just be the swelling going down; still doing my normal workouts, nothing affecting at all;. Barely bruised at all too - so thats good news. I will post some pics and keep you guys updated.
