Went today for cool sculpt on the flanks, which are one of my "problem" areas. I'm 5'6 and 150 lbs and work out 5 days a week. First thing I did was sit down and they put a white cold sheet on my left flank and then the device which sucked the flank in real quick. The white paper was cold and the first feeling was basically pins and needle type uncomfort..
The first 10 minutes were uncomfortable but not too bad, then I just was too scared to move for fear of the device falling off. 1 hour later the nurse took off the device and that was the worst part but wasn't so bad that someone couldn't bear. I suggest you don't look at the blubber because it's red and conformed to the shape of the device so not really pretty. Massaging sucks but 2 minutes after really hurts but passes pretty quickly. Same situation with the right side and the only feeling I have now is tightness and numbness... Like I had a ton novacane shots and waiting for the drugs to wear off.
I will post photos shortly but I have hopes this will work. Bruising not so bad yet but I expect to get a little more and praying no "bee sting" pain but i am also going to assume that is the numbing wearing off.
Stay tuned for updates

I can say that I think i see a slight progress. Could just be the swelling going down; still doing my normal workouts, nothing affecting at all;. Barely bruised at all too - so thats good news. I will post some pics and keep you guys updated.
