54 Fed Up with Fat Ankles. Gets Them Fixed. Lithuania, LI

Just to show you the progress. Couldn't resist putting heels on. Still swelling on left but getting better. Ankles cam change day to day depending on activities. But keeping up the massage and looking at the ceiling as much S possible

Hi all, it's 2 weeks since I had my fat removed from my calves knees and ankles. Stocking are getting lose around the ankles etc so I am constantly pulling them up. A good sign it's thinning down. I've had to add leggings on top through the day to keep them in place. Still have them on in bed too. I've had swelling sometimes but it's less and less but I do keep my feet up when possible. I must admit I've started on iron tonic as I've been tired. Not sure if it's my imagination or bruises etc. Walking fine and bought a dress
Looking forward to wearing it and since no one around here has ever seen my legs it will be strange shoeing them. One more week in stocking to go but I might wear them on and off rather than stop just till all swelling gone. Still have tingling but not so much numbness now. Parts around the ankle to calve feel like putty and can be shipped but it's not hard. I massage it as much as I can to get it soft put some tights on as stocking in wash and tried shoes on. Funny as they are too big now. Must have had water on them and not know as legs were big. Send you an up date in 2 weeks. X for now

Hi ladies it's my final day here. Started with a trip to see my surgeon Dr Norkus. Such a lovely person. Stripped out of the fetching white garments and had my last photos taken. Quite bruised and swollen. Dr Norkus explained that it could be up to 2 months to see the results and that each day they would improve but we know that it needs to be viewed at sensible schedules so I will send 2 weekly reports so we can see changes. Legs are starting to go slight green but are tight in areas. So Dr Norkus arranged for me to have a free deep massage to help release the tightness and help with the healing. Now bearing in mind the colour of my legs I thought it would hurt but 1 hour of massage later I could honestly ask for it again. No hard movement just gentle manipulation. At the end of the massage my legs did feel much more pliable. I took notice of how it was done in between drifting off so I can do it myself. I did read using a rolling pin? But it was small circular movement working up wards to the groin followed by long stokes to the groin. Hope this helps. I can see some change but its way off to really tell do Dr Norkus said the final look without the extra skin hanging lose which will re attach itself will be like those shown at the end of my op. So I asked him kindly if he would send the pics to me and he did. I've put them together in a video of before with drawings on my legs of the intended areas. With during (just look at those legs x) and after complete with purple bruises. Can I say it's been worth it well yes I can. Long way to go but my confidence is high and guess what I've just bought my first dress. Size 10 UK. It fits like a glove. Putting it away till end results and hope to have more in my wardrobe by then. If you want to ask me anything then please do.
