I had consultations with 2 other plastic surgeons and chose Dr. Nir. I had the highest comfort level and connected with him over the other 2 surgeons. Dr. Nir listened to my wants, needs, goals and expectations associated with my breast reduction and lift surgery instead of telling me what I should do. At the same time, if I had unreasonable expectations or if he disagreed with me on end-state size, he shared his opinions in a very honest and professional manner. My husband was present for the consultations, and Dr. Nir was very attentive to his suggestions, desires and fears.
At the time of surgery, I was 47 years old, 5'6", about 160 lbs with G+ sized, natural breasts. My results are fabulous! I'm now a DD (maybe a bit larger) and don't have to wear a bra! The scaring is so small and so smooth, and it's only 5 months after surgery! I highly recommend him.

Dr. Nir and his staff give you as much time as you need to make a decision on moving forward with a procedure. Throughout the process, everyone, including the anesthesiologist, were focused on you and your needs. They even reassure your spouse or whomever is assisting you post-surgery. Oh, his office is immaculate and has WIFI if you ever need to sit in the waiting room.
