Finding a surgeon that you trust is no easy task. You need to be on the same page regarding your expectations and what you can realistically achieve while ending up with results that you find aesthetically pleasing. Elective or not, you’re putting your life and mental well-being into someone else’s hands--it’s a daunting undertaking and one can quickly become overwhelmed by the sea of Doctors to choose from.
I asked friends for their personal recommendations and scheduled a consultation with Dr. Dembny—talk about striking gold!
I knew within the first few minutes of meeting him that he was the right doctor to perform my surgery.
The surgery day itself was a breeze; I felt well cared-for and calm despite having never undergone general anesthesia, much less surgery of any kind. The first few days after are a bit rough (of course) but nothing unmanageable.
The pain I used to experience daily is a thing of the past; it noticeably reduced the first few days and had completely disappeared by the end of my first week of post-op.
My new breasts are exactly what I had hoped for, and they are absolutely beautiful. I have showed them to friends that are curious about the procedure and interested in having it done and they cannot believe the both the aesthetic and technical quality of his work—and I’m only at 4 weeks post-op!!
I could not have asked for a better experience; he exceeded my expectations by far.

Dr. Dembny clearly outlined what to expect and what not to expect after the procedure. He did not "push" the procedure at me, the way so many plastic surgeons tend to do. He simply listened, observed, and provided his professional opinion. He did not rush me through the consultation; we had a thorough conversation about what I was looking to achieve and by the end of it I was ready to schedule. (His entire staff is extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating—I have NEVER had an issue with scheduling follow-ups.) My ideal surgery date was early June and there was nothing available, so he opened up a day in order to accommodate my needs. I cannot recommend him highly enough—do yourself a favor and schedule a consultation…you won’t regret it.
