Two months since the surgery. Feeling great. Still have some swelling in my back so I'm still in the compression garment, but I'm nearly back to 100%.

Your scars are coming along nicely. I can see the swelling but you are looking good!

5 weeks out, still some swelling, but much better
still dealing with some swelling and skin discoloration, but really happy with the results so far. Not yet back in all of me pre-surgical clothing (pants and jeans) but they're getting more comfortable and should be back in them in a few weeks. Still taking arnica and bromelain to support healing. Also still wearing the compression garment. Pain is much better too.
