Yes.....from GNC some multi vitamins but still tired. This swelling is driving me in sane!!!
isn't it cool watching how your body changes each week?! you're looking great...and I'm with you on the swelling-I can feel it and it makes me crazy! I'm glad I can at least fit in my clothes...wonder how they'll look on me when this swelling goes down...
Yesssss...I wonder do we have to sleep in the binder and how long? I'm going to ask Dr. T next Tuesday..
I'm going this Friday to Annapolis-my 3 week...I'll ask, but I thought it was like 4-6 weeks. Your not in the original Velcro one are you? I bought several different kinds at the store.
After two weeks you should be transitioning to a medical grade compression garment or spanx. Before then I would keep the binder in 24/7 to ward off seroma! The garments help improve your final results.

Today was the first day I felt the pain in the pubic area OMGoodness whew, couldn't wait until it went away. Another appointment tomorrow I'm going to ask can i take some vitamins I stay tired....

I am with you on hating this binder! and I was told not to take anything off until I go for my one week checkup which is this Thursday. I feel SOOO bloated and uncomfortable. I slid my hand down from the top to feel my stomach and it feels so weird, like rubber. I'm hating this over full feeling, like I'm gonna pop! Did you feel that way....and the gurgling sounds?
Did you get some vitamins?
He told me I could get some at gnu store the multi vitamins so i plan on going tomorrow. Also I can do LIGHT walking on treadmill then in two weeks regular workout!! Can't wait..

I've been really depress today. I feel so useless....

I've been really depress today. I feel so useless. This BINDER sucks!!!!! Scabs just staring to come off scar so of course it looks horrible but I just stared using Bio Oil yesterday and Silicone scar strip at night. Someone PLEASE CHEER ME UP!! (3 week picture today)
