Day 4. Feeling tired but also feeling positive that the results will be worth it in the long term. Long way to go yet but I'm determined to take it easy and not risk ruining results.

Wind is better but still feel the need to fart constantly and could do with a big poo. Not really been yet and have been talking the prescription laxatives grrrrrr work dam it lol..

I got my drains out today, i was DREADING it but it wasn't so bad very quick a bit uncomfortable. I feel a bit better but have really bad trapped wind !!!! I don't have the strength to trump either !!! ???? its rumbling around like made and really struggling to let it go and it's driving me crazy. Im not eating great amounts but as im unable to exercise thats probably a good thing. Im still shattered because im struggling to sleep not because im in pain im exhausted but my body wont sleep yet.

I am 37 years old and have 4 children, all big babies and the last 2 by section. I have also lost almost 4 stone through eating and exercise after having my last daughter and separating from an emotionally abusive husband. I am now very happy and in the royal air force, i work SO HARD to keep fit and slim but no matter HOW HARD i tried i could not get rid of my mum tum and lost volume in my boobs. I had a hard time over this and surgery became the answer. I was lucky enough to have a supportive family and my parents paid for my procedure (loaned me the money) i had my operation yesterday im currently sat in bed a little uncomfortable of course but happy it's over with !! I am looking forward to seeing results in several months to come. I think the results will be really worth it, its early days and if im honest even to being admitted into the private hospital yesterday i was at all sure what exactly was going on or going to happen (my way of blocking it out so i dont panic lol) i am 168cm tall and weighed around 136lbs i was in a 34a or b at a push lol i wore big push up bras !! I used to have big boobs i am quite broad shouldered but athletic. I have added before pictures and some from day 1 !! More to follow with passing time/recovery.. my journey ????
