Hi there, I am a mum of 3, my youngest is 10 yrs old, I have for a long time wanted to have a tuck, and now finally have the opportunity to have one (paid £6000), had my Pre op today, and the procedure is booked for April 12th 2011, I am very excited and nervous at the same time, your website has been very informative, I'm glad I found it.

Will update you when it's been done, pics to follow.

I am exactly 2 weeks post op, had my dressing removed today, the scar is amazing, (amazing as can be considering) the surgeon did a fab job going to add some pics now but will add more when the scar isn't so angry, so far had a very smooth run of things, absolutely no pain at all since day one! I think I have been very lucky :-)

It's an individual thing, but for me I wanted rid of the jelly belly, my experience makes me wonder why I didn't do it before, I would say to anyone who is not sure, in the words of my Husband, "your swapping one cosmetic issue for another" now although I have a scar, I no longer have the belly, and I know that in time when it has healed better than I will feel fab... Please feel free to ask any questions :-) P.S. my biggest issue was the scar being lopsided, I needn't have worried, please look at my pic, the surgeon did a fab job xx

Very clean incision, one i hope for and think I have as well. I can't wait to see some more updates!

Ah Thank you, the scar is a little higher than I'd have liked, but will be dealing with that in a few years, am going to have it tattoo'd, Thank you for your kind words xx
