Staged excision
I have spoken with a plastic surgeon and we are going to start staged excision. It will take a few months to a year to completely remove it but for me this is the best option.

It's not getting any better
I'm still waiting for it to heal and I still hate it, it's making me sick. Added picture of full tattoo, hate it all. At this point I'd like excision.
