Remember implants are measured in cc's so maybe your goal is realistically impossible.
At anyway for instance myself I was probably a full 34C/small 34D and my goal was to be a 34DD or at least have some cleave since I was a bit more on the saggy side and not bottom fullness.
I tried on the "try on" breast implants at the office along with a bra he provides.
I put a 450cc implant and they looked huge!
And the previous 425cc looked smaller than what I wanted.
So I went with the 450cc.
My goal was to be full, natural look so I went with a moderate smooth 450cc.
As post op results, they did not move up a size, but I have so much fullness and cleavage now. I can wear my dresses now and not have to wear a bra cause of how saggy my breasts used to be, and it looks like I'm wearing a bra but I'm not.
Nothing else changed as far as my bras but my cleavage and fullness of my breast which I'm happy with it.
In addition Dr. Case commented that that's size may not even change my cup size which he was right but my breast still look amazing.
They look natural and just so good on my clothes! Haha :)

I felt comfortable with Dr. Case after viewing his work on other patients. First off I advice that you do your homework on your procedure and prepare yourself physically and mentally and write down some questions you may have before a consultation. Secondly tell Dr.Case your goals. You can expect him to be realistic with you. What I admired about his work ethic is that he will NOT BS you or sell you a dream. What I did notice was that he DOES try his BEST to reach your goal. I trust him and it was a good choice because it's scary to think that someone is going to cut you open at a fragile time and complications can occur. And I'm happy with my decision though that I was able to trust everyone from the anesthesiologist, nurses, other staff care team, and of course Dr. Case. His staff at the office is also very friendly & knowledgeable so you can expect them to be able to answer most of the FAQs as opposed to other offices I've called. What a relief! Phone calls are answered, or returned, and questions are answered.
