Quick update!

Hi ladies! I've noticed that the asymmetry in my boobies hasn't improved since they've settled. I'm overall happy with the size and the way they look in a bra, but I'm unhappy with the fact that my left is obviously below my natural mammary fold. I asked my surgeon about it and he said he saw the difference but it was very slight. He said that correcting it with surgery may be too aggressive and I may end up with a breast that settled ideally and one that won't settle into place because of a revision. He told me to come keep an eye on it and come back in August. Maybe it won't get any worse and I can be happy with it. Close ups of my boobs make the asymmetry really noticeable. Other than that I'm really pleased! I'm not worried about the cleavage anymore. My breasts are pretty soft and squishy as far as implants go (I've felt several!)
I don't know about taking time off for a revision anyway seeing as I'm applying for new jobs right now anyhow. Think happy thoughts for me ladies! :)

5 months (and a couple days)!

Long time, no update! I've been super busy with life, but will try to keep updating every couple months. I'm super happy with my implants unless I see a girl with a rocking subglandular/subfascial placement. They have such amazing cleavage, it's just not fair. Lol. I have been suuuuper slacking on any fitness goals because I've been so busy with school and getting engaged (!!!!!) that I've gained a little weight. The only time I really notice the implants is when I stretch really far or try to lift something heavy. Then I feel the muscle move over the implant and that's a strange sensation. I constantly fight with myself over not maxing out my Victoria's Secret card. I love love love bra shopping now. I also notice that people look at my chest more (I don't perceive it as threatening or rude, I just think that's how people are, so it doesn't bother me. It is worth considering if you are easily offended or very shy and thinking about breast implants though. People will usually take the time to look at your face and your breasts as you walk down the street, instead of just your face). I believe I still have settling to do. My surgeon was very pleased last time I saw him and I will be going back in late March. Hope everyone's research, healing, and post-op lives are going well!

3 months review!

so far so good! I guess I'm just genetically predisposed to getting stretch marks, because they've become worse despite my best efforts! But other than that, the girls have been good. I'm going to Maui next week, so I'm looking forward to rocking new bikinis. Yay! Have to meet up with the surgeon soon so I'll probably update again after that. :)
