I am 50+ from an international country and for medical reasons I needed to get a breast reduction due to severe neck issues. I googled the top 10 surgeons and Dr. Martin Jugenburg was one of the doctors that came up. i emailed 8 surgeons with my specific requirements, 3 responded but only Dr. J's office called me (gave them the upper edge in my mind-as they cared enough to call!). From the very first phone call, consultation, preop and then ultimately the surgery (all took place within a 2 week period) the staff treated me with the utmost respect and made me feel very welcomed, important and extremely at ease with my decision, I was pampered from the start to the end. Recovery was as explained and the results were amazing...Dr. J took me from a J cup to a C cup alleviating the weight on my chest and I can happily say that from the day of my surgery I have not experienced any further neck issues so the goal was met, having said that this was in no way for cosmetic purposes but the bonus is that my breasts are beautiful...Thank you to all at the Toronto Cosmetic Surgery Institute I highly recommend Dr. Jugenburg he is very knowledgeable and definitely knows what he's doing and is an extreme professional, and I couldn't have asked for a nicer team of staff to help me along the way...TOP NOTCH...Thank you again, no doubt you will be seeing more of me in the future...IEV Bermuda

Dr. Jugenburg was friendly, patient and professional from the very beginning, I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. The operation was seamless and my recovery was as expected and explained. I told Dr. Jugenburg what I needed was to alleviate the weight on my chest so I wouldn't require neck surgery and that is exactly what he did, there will be no need for neck surgery in my future...thank you
