I had a Breast Augmentation 800CC Silicone Subglandular done at Toronto Cosmetic Surgery Institute on March 6, 2013 by Dr. Jugenburg. I was new to this plastic surgery craze and had NO IDEA of what I was getting myself into, I was scared… terrified and felt uneasy about everything. All I knew was that I was a mother of 2 children with breasts that were sagging to the floor and unappealing even to my own mirror…YUCK!
I had done plenty of research about breast augmentation so I felt like Wikipedia was installed into my brain and was ready to consult with a doctor. Good ol’ Google I searched for cosmetic surgeons in Toronto and Dr. Jugenburg was the highest reviewed doctor in Toronto and started poking around his website and found everything under one website… tonnes and tonnes of information on different types of surgeries, the staff, the facility, the doctor, and last but not least the pricing (Which I know you’re all concerned about as well). I contacted 2 other clinics by phone and they were both mean and pushy like they had enough clients adding another one wasn’t a big deal. Sooooo I contacted the Toronto Cosmetic Surgery Institute and surprisingly the atmosphere and the staff were out of this world. The feelings of being nervous, uneasy, scared, and petrified were laid to rest by the amazing staff on the plant of Cosmetic Surgery!
I couldn’t believe how wonderful my experience was!!! The facility is bright and welcoming. The receptionists Stephanie and Nora (the first faces to see) were kind, patient, and understanding. Kim McDonald RN, Managing Director will not only make you feel calm and informed she will go out of her way to make sure your nothing but comfortable and knowledgeable about your surgery. She has all the answers to all of your questions and concerns no matter how many you have or the time you have them she always takes the time to get back to you and never leaves you hanging! The Nurses especially Grace were outstanding as well, they truly cared about your wellbeing before, during and after the surgery. I LOVE my new look thanks to Dr. Jugenburg and his team I feel nothing but complete confidence and beauty… THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES OVER AND OVER!!!!!!!!! I LOVE THE OUTCOME OF MY SURGERY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What can I say about Dr. Jugenburg… he is extremely professional, a magnificent surgeon, and is truly a master of plastic surgery. Very gentle and completely understanding of all your needs no matter what it is, he truly understood everything that I was trying to achieve. He took the time to answer all my questions and never left me wondering what if. He completely exceeded all of my expectations and went above and beyond what I ever imagined. I would highly recommend Toronto Cosmetic Surgery Institute as Dr. Jugenburg and his team are truly fantastic!!!
