Breast Lift - Toronto ON

I had a breast lift done by Dr Jugenburg about 2 years ago, unfortunately after the surgery they were very uneven, my left breast hung much lower than my right and they were pointing in different directions. I was told to let it heal and they may even out, after 4 months they were still uneven and I was scheduled for a small revision under local anesthesia). We discussed what he would do in detail prior to the revision, however unfortunately when I went in for the revision he changed the plan and not everything we discussed was revised. I knew I wouldn't be happy with the result, I vocalized that and reminded him of what we agreed on at the previous appointment, I felt like there was nothing I could do so I went along with the revision. Now, as I expected I am unhappy with the result, my right breast is still quite low but not so bad, my left is much lower and hangs to the side, there is only a slight improvement from the original breast shape and both areolas are now huge and uneven. I scheduled a follow up appointment a couple of months ago, I let him know that I was still unhappy with the result and I would be happy if he could at least lift the left breast up higher to get it closer to the level of the right one. He took some pictures and although hesitant he told me he would look over them and email me by the end of the week to advise what could be done to give me a better result, that was 2 months ago and I have not heard anything from him, I have both emailed and called to remind them that he was supposed to email me. I still have not heard back. It is clear to me that he does not want to invest the time into fixing it, a revision at this point is not convenient for me either, however I can't justify spending 10 thousand dollars and being so unhappy with the result. I by no means expected a perfect or near perfect result, I completely understand that things happen and it may not turn out nicely the first time so I am not upset about that but I do not think I should have to keep contacting them or convince him to do a revision.
Clearly he is okay with not getting back to me knowing that I am upset about my results and that is very unfortunate... I spent a lot of money at his clinic, and now that my surgery is over there is no interest in ensuring I am happy with my result. I'm not saying this is a horrible place, I have read many reviews from satisfied patients, I am just stating what happened in my case and I think it's important to share. Had my surgery turned out right the first time, I most likely would have written a positive review, besides having to wait 45 minutes to an hour + for each follow up appointment and the issues addressed above my experience has been good.
