22 hours post op

All done!

I found that when I read reviews, I was most curious about the day of, and recovery. S if any of you are like that, I'll try to be as detailed as possible.

Got to the PS clinic at noon and they told me to go wait in my hotel room (clinic isin the hotel which was very handy) and they'd call me when they were ready for me. At about 1 they called me down, weighed me, gave me pre-op mess andi changed into a gown. Then after about an hour and a bit, the PS came in, took pictures, drew on me and off we went to the OR.

The nurse and anesthetist were amazing. So funny and I literally fell asleep giggling and the next thing I knew they were gently waking me up.

I felt pressure, dry mouth and some pain in my armpit, which I thought was weird answers went under the crease. The nurse said it was just from the stretching skin.

After I drank a bit, they slowly got me up and dressed, then wheeled me to my room.

Gave me all my meds instructions and that was it. I had a rolled up towel placed between my breasts to keep them apart. I'll have to sleep with it for a week, but not during the day.

Regarding meds... I'm taking my antibiotics (obviously) but I have ot taken one pain killer. Not even regular Tylenol. It literally just hasn't been that bad. Maybe a 5/10 max. I know I have a high pain tolerance, but I firmly believe that if you can handle it without drugs, do it. I also haven't bloat and am not constipated simply beause I'm not taking the meds. This is my only my opinion- to each their own.

They came up to my room today for a post-op check and showed me massages (ouch). I have to do them minimum 5 times a day.

Couldn't sleep much last night - was just so wired and uncomfortable being upright,

All In all it was a great day and I highly recommend Dr. Jugenburg and his amazing team.

Hope everyone who is getting their BA is excited! You'll love it.

Deposit paid...

Went to the clinic yesterday to double check my sizing (just to make sure) and pay my deposit.

So I tried on a couple different sizes. One felt perfect, and one felt a bit too big. The nurse said as a rule if the sizer looks perfect, go with a bit bigger as they're a bit smaller once they're under the muscle. So I'm going with 435cc, moderate profile, under the crease, silicone.

They gave me all the forms for the blood work, took my deposit and sent me on my way!

I still can't believe this is going to be done in 2 and a half weeks. Feels like I have a million things to do between now and then.

Any other girls nervous about the not working out part? I work out 5-6 days a week and really don't wanna see my tummy turn all flabby...

I had my consultation yesterday. My PS suggested...

I had my consultation yesterday. My PS suggested I go with a C cup (im barely an a now) and put the sizer on me. Have to say, at first I thought it was way too big for me, but he reassured me that it would look smaller when it was under the muscle, and after reading what seems like a thousand reviews, and speaking with a friend who is a year post op, I feel more comfortable with it. The nurse also said it balanced out my butt (which, for better or worse, is Kardashian-esque). Going back Friday just to make sure.

All in all I'm really excited. Only 3 weeks away. A few things make me nervous... CC, bottoming out, the dreaded constipation etc...

But still excited! Will post some pics soon.
