I have been very active all my life, thin, fit...then I had babies. I breastfed both successfully for 9 months. I had lost my mother to breast cancer shortly after the birth of my second daughter and gained so much weight. Throughout the process of grief and realization, I decided it was time to take my life back and feel good in my skin again.
