I had septo/rhinoplasty done 17 days ago and had the cast removed on the 10th day. when i first got it off i noticed that my tip was slighting turned up lookin like pig snout. is that normal?i asked me ps she said yes that the tip will come down, is that true? and how long wud i have to wait to see the results?

will tip of nose settle down after a while?

thanks so much for all the tips, but to be honest im on my tenth day and my nose is like a ski slope with a hanging columella, do you think revision surgery would be the answer

well i sort of got the answer myself. today im 28 days after my surgery and the swellin has gone down alot and the tip as well. i have noticd thoo that sleeping with air conditioner and sleepin semi-sitdown with two pillows still hbelp very much. and i try not to shower with hot water. i use warm/cool its helped the swellin alot and its only been less than a month.

Im thinking if getting this done but kind of scared, does it hurt? And how much does it cost to get it done in peru?

im on my tenth day and my nose is still upturned and i still resemble a pig going to haave corrective surgery if does not improve

Well im on my tenth day and had my plaster off yesterday. My nose is still very swollen and numb and i really am not happy with the results so far. So much so that i have looked up corrective surgery, i would not recommend this to anyone unless it was a necessity. I will keep you informed as to how i progress thanks for input
