I've lost a total of 121 lbs...but I've gained 20. Over these 4 years I've had to wrestle with the same 20lbs. Its definitely not easy but still worth it. I'd rather wrestle with 20 than be debilitated with 100.

Well guys I'm still losing and going strong...well I don't know if strong is the word. I seem to hover; and when I say hover I lose 3 lbs then I'm up 2 then down 1...I'm dizzy! LOL but as long as it's steady I'll take it. I freaked out a couple of weeks ago because I could eat a half a piece of fish instead of a quarter Boy I just KNEW it was over for me in really dramatic fashion...OH NO I'm gonna stay fat...my $$ went down the drain...I went bananas yall until finally it dawned on me that I was healing BUT THE FEAR IS REAL...I want to succeed so bad I can taste it! Besides overeating...failure and overachieving are also issues that I deal with I can not fail PERIOD
1 month Post Op
Well everything is going great I had a few drinks for valentine's day....and I was nervous but it went fine! It doesn't take much to get tipsy so those couple of drinks were really spread out! I'm down 34 lbs today I started at 321 now I'm at 287. It's a challenge to get my liquids and protein shake in only because I forget to...I'm setting a reminder on outlook as we speak because if it doesn't blink in my face I'll forget about it...lol btw did I mention I love my sleeve
