It has been four weeks since I have had rhinoplasty and a chin augmentation. Essentially my nose looks exactly the same if not bigger. I had rhinoplasty to remove a hump on the bridge of my nose however the splint was removed after two days. My profile originally looked smooth, however the bump reappeared within a day of the cast being off and has not subsided. My nose looks exactly the same if not bigger. I also received a chin implant, the swelling is going down a lot and I see new changes everyday however I am very concerned that my smile has not returned 4 weeks post op. I cannot show my bottom teeth and my mouth still feels very tight. I chose to have my surgery in Thailand and came across my doctor through an agency called Beauty Med. I cannot address my concerns with my doctor since I live overseas. Based on other testimonials and the advise of other surgeons I feel that my doctor was inexperienced and didn't provide me with the results I was looking for. Ultimately I will not be recommending Dr. Choomchoke. It is a long waiting game and I've yet to be patient but if I do not start to see any improvements in the next few months I will consider revision, preferably from a doctor in Australia who I can prove is board regulated and one I can trust
