This is one of the first times I've felt it...
This is one of the first times I've felt it necessary to write a review on any procedures that I have ever had from any doctors or services from any other business professionals.
I am always checking reviews and seeing what people have to say as I had an extreme case of festoons and needed what I thought was MAJOR corrective surgery. I have had 2 other surgeries from other "prominent Doctors" that resulted in not only failure but were costly and over promised under delivered with terrible patient care and negative results.
I had seen Dr. Scheiner on TV and after consulting with my husband decided that I would reach out to him for a consult even though I had given up the hope of ever seeing improvement in what I refer to as my "basset hound face". Once meeting with Dr. Scheiner he was immediately empathetic and could see that my "inside personality did not match my outside persona"..it was literally weighing me down...after receiving all of my records he carefully and considerately explained (and re-explained) what I could/should expect and the exact procedure including a video that explained from day to day and month to month what I would be encountering ..Dr. Scheiner never told me to expect perfection but that he would do all possible to make it better AND HE DID! I literally feel like he gave me back my joie de vive!
During this entire span of time the staff was incredible from the front desk to after care. Having had 2 prior botched surgeries I can tell you that I was not an easy candidate and not easy to deal with. Not at any point did I feel my questioning, doubts, double checking EVERYTHING that I was told to do was an imposition on the team and I always felt that this was a team effort. Dr. Scheiner went over and beyond my expectations and it is beyond my imagination that ANYBODY experienced anything differently.
I am made to wonder if any client making the comments listed would ever be pleased and perhaps can take a moment to reevaluate what their role was in this negativity.
I hope this review is helpful and I only wish my words were more eloquent when describing my experience...again..it was life changing and I thank Team Schiener!

Dr. Scheiner is AMAZING ..not only is he an incredible surgeon he is a surgeon that CARES! I wish there was the possibility of more than 5 stars!
