Looking for Honesty...4 weeks Post Op!

It's been 4 weeks and I feel GREAT! Lots of the swelling is gone and just a bit remain. I have been doing planks and toning up the torso area. Now to work on my legs...LOL Very pleased with results and Dr. P's honesty as well as wonderful targeted procedure. The sun is out and I can wear my fitted tops with ease. Still wearing my light support cami, purchase from TJ MAX. I found it very important to maintain anti inflammation type diet and nutrition for rapid recovery.

Looking for Honesty: 3 weeks Post Op

Feeling really good! Able to wear my jeans now and fitted tops with my support cami. Dr.P said wear it for about a month to support the skin texture. I have been doing my kettle bell exercises (pintrest) has lots of ideas and lots of walking. I do a few squats a day until I feel a little soreness, then stop. I am about 30% now to my final result. Keeping my diet is check and not eating to much, just enough to feel satisfied. I have been hooked on Avocado's! So good, try it with boiled egg sandwich! Thought to share that! Keeping with my OPC-3 nutritional to manage the inflammation. I hope this is helpful for you as you proceed on your journey. Until next week!
