Brazilian Butt Lift: Stories

I am a 31 year old wife and mother of three. I am done having kids and am ready to have my body back. I am interested in having a Brazilian butt lift with thighs added and back bra rolls and possibly a breast lift with augmentation. I also definitely want the fat by my elbows removed if it doesn't leave with weight loss. I don't think I need a tummy tuck...what do you guys think? I am 5'2" and I weigh 190lbs! I know that seems like a whole lot but I am very thick and muscular under the fat that I do have. I haven't spoken to any plastic surgeons yet but I do already know that I want to have Dr. J perform my surgery. My husband doesn't want me to have the surgery but he will support whatever decision I make. I am still not 100% sure at this very moment but as the days pass I am leaning more towards having it done. I know for a fact that any surgeon is going to tell me that I need to lose some weight and I have already began my diet. I want to lose at least 30lbs. before I have surgery. I am thinking about trying HCG drops or injections. If anyone has tried either please let me know if they worked or not. TIA!! Also I have a question that I know I need to ask a surgeon but I wanted to ask the vets on here...has anyone had a BBL while being treated for hypo or hyperthyroidism? I was recently diagnosed and wanted to know if there is a particular protocol or if there are additional precautions that we should take. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
