It's been 6 months now since my cool sculpting procedure and I really don't think it was worth it. I can see very minimal changes but not enough for anyone other than me or my husband to notice. I still have a belly and I would not do this again. It's time to either accept this belly or do something a bit more drastic. I also notice wrinkled and uneven skin in the area cool sculpted as well. Not attractive at all. I'm glad it's only my lower abdomen. I do not recommend this procedure at all.

After about three weeks the pain from the procedure finally ended. I'm now four weeks post procedure and honestly I don't see a difference. I know that full results are supposed to be visible at 8 weeks but I was hoping to see something at the halfway point. I'm still not convinced that my money was spent wisely. I will post again at 8 weeks but for now the jury is still out for me.

Just had CoolSculpting done on yesterday. I had one large area done on my lower abdomen. I'm 5'7 and I weight 135. I've always had a potbelly...even in my 20's before my kids when I wore a size 2! Now, twenty years and two babies later, it's worse. I've considered both Lipo and a Tummy Tuck but I've been too chicken to do either. I worked up the nerve to try CoolSculpting first! If the results are good enough I will forgo any other invasive treatments. The initial application of the large suction device took me by surprise. The first 10 minutes were hard. I felt like someone had sucked the life out of me. I was hot and flush. After the initial sensation, things became bearable for the remainder of the hour. I watched tv and even talked on the phone. Then, after the procedure (which I had done during my lunch hour) I returned to work. I took a walk yesterday evening. Not so sure that was a good idea as I feel really sore. Sleeping last night was a challenge as well. My stomach feels heavy and hott! I am working today with a little discomfort. I hope to be better in a few days. I will post before and after pics in 2 months!
