WOW! As an exercise physiologist, I know about exercise and diet, but there was always that "pooch" even when I was young. After two kids, the "pooch" became even more difficult to remove. Although I never considered a tummy tuck, at 50 the opportunity came along with another needed abdominal surgery and I took it! It is truly amazing how beautiful I feel with a flat stomach.
