Mommy Makeover - Im 37 and I have two children - Saint Louis, MO

Well looking back on my mommy makeover I still think it was definitely worth it I am 8 weeks post and I still have some swelling not too much though it seems like all of my swelling is going lower (below my belly button ) I can put a pair of jeans on in the morning and they are loose but by the late afternoon they are tight im also watching my salt intake and drinking a lot of water and plenty of protein of course im not eating as much my stomach doesn't hold a lot I get full really easy which is a good thing my left breast hasn't completely dropped yet but when I have the time to massage it it really seems to help it drop I am very pleased with my results I just cant wait to see the final also it seems when I use my elliptical I feel like it helps the swelling go down (does that make sense ) so far so good im a happy mom

Im 37 and I have two children my family were always (big boned) people I have fought my weight since high school diet after diet exercise after exercise im 5ft 4 inches and weigh 170 every vacation we have went on its always been a pair of cut off levis and a swimsuit top I would never get in the public pools or beaches because I was to ashmed of my body so daddy always went swimming with the kids and mom always watched the family swim I didn't like skinny people I didn't like summertime because of shorts I have just been so down on my body because I felt so fat but everyone said you look just fine but to me I looked pathetic I picked myself apart I wore a size 12 I wanted to be a 7 last year I got down to a 9 and then went back up to a 12 I was finished I was a smoker so I knew I had to quit smoking before anykind of surgery so in july of 2013 we took our family vacation to Maui and again moms on the sidelines watching daddy and her 2 kids swim that's when I made up my mind im finished im getting a mommy makeover im sick of dealing with the weight issues I just want it cut off and thrown away so we got home from Maui in July I quit smoking for a month and I scheduled a consultation with one doctor in St Louis and I didn't care much for her at all it was like I was just a number so I did some research for the top cosmetic Dr in St Louis I found St Louis cosmetic surgery Dr Huffaker had my surgery on sept 6th2013 and I am so very happy with my results I got my self esteem and my confidence back its so amazing all your life you fight to have a good looking body and it all can be done in 6 hours or less id do it again in heartbeat
