I had never been able to fill out a dress or tank...
I had never been able to fill out a dress or tank top without having a strapless bra underneath for padding. One day while wedding dress shopping I got fed up and made a promise to myself to at least research breast augmentations and see if it was a realistic procedure for me. I work 40 hours a week as a level one trauma RN and couldn't afford to take a prolonged period of time off of work. I made a consultation appointment with Dr. Prada after several people I knew recommended him. When I called to make an appointment he didn't have any slots open for the day I would be traveling there - I was ready to give up and try another doctor (I had consultations with a few). However, the receptionist called Dr. Prada and told him my situation and he came in after doing a whole day of surgery to meet me! This was a great and lasting first impression. Dr. Prada's office is equipped with advanced technology that allows for patients, like myself, to see a computer generated outcome of my breasts on my body. This is a huge reason why I picked Dr. Prada over anyone else. The surgery itself was fairly easy! I recommend getting the Marcaine pain pumps as they really limited any pain I would have had the first few days. I was able to go back to work (without pushing and pulling really heavy objects) on day 7 post surgery. Today I am 5 weeks out and feel great. I am able to start up my running and lifting routine like nothing ever happened. My breasts give me a new found confidence and I am already so happy with the way they turned out.
If I could give any advice it would be to listen to Dr. Prada! I told him what size I thought I would like to be and he generated it on the computer for me. I was 100% in love with the size until I tried on bras at my pre-op appointment and the biggest bra I tried on was 100 cc's less than the computer generated image. I then began comparing myself to other people and would freak when they said they only had "375" put in and here I was about to put "465" in mine. But trust me, Dr. Prada knew what I wanted and didn't want and he took that into consideration during the procedure. Let him do his work because he is great at it!

Dr. Prada was always on time and I never found myself waiting more than a minute or two in the room. His staff are all very nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend Dr. Prada to any of my friends or family who want cosmetic surgery.
