51, 5'5, 125 Lb. Athletic Built, Pre Op 32A. 650 Cc Silicone UHP Under. Botox Rejuvaderm - Spartanburg, SC

I have been gathering info from RS since I think June 2015. Everyone that has shared here has been of great help and source of info. to me and I would like to think all of you. I had my surgery at 7 am this morning. I was barely a 32 A pre-op. Now I Have 650cc UHP Natrelle smooth round silicone under the muscle, crease incision. Not sure what I will be after the healing process is complete. My doctor is Dr. Michael Orseck and I can not say enough positive things about him and his staff. I consulted with 7 doctors across 3 states and I can not stress enough to choose wisely. Pay those extra consultation fees , ask questions, check credentials, do your homework. Being concerned about cost is natural, but insuring that you have done everything possible to choose the right PS is priceless. I'm the mother of 4 children that are the highlight of my life. With 2 grown and 2 in high school, I finally felt comfortable investing in me. Gain a little of my confidence back. I had BA plus Botox and rejuvaderm for facial lines. The cost of 6900. I quoted above includes everything. I do not have any before pictures, meant to take some this morning but wasn't thinking to clearly at 5am. I will take some post op pics and post soon. I don't have any pain and have only taken 1 pain pill today. My right arm hurts a little when I reach but my left is fine. From what I've read here, tomorrow will most likely be the more painful of the days. We will see. My first post op appt. is at 10:00 am tomorrow. I haven't paid much attention to the facial injections but I can say that 1 day after receiving Botox in my forehead I no longer have a tension headache that used to be such a constant that I just accepted it. The juvaderm was done this morning during surgery. I'm already feeling like a new me and will update later. Real Self has been the absolute most informative sight I've found to gain real knowledge from. Thanks to all of you.
