In these lines I would like to share my experience telling you my breast augmentation surgery. I am 36 years old; my height is 1, 63 and 50 kg weight. I'm thin and I always been happy with my breast, but after two pregnancies my breast look empty, horrible, I had no problem when I dress some kind of clothes but when I am without clothes or bikinis I feel very sad.In early 2013 I started to think in the idea to have a surgery. The truth is that all the doubts and questions start to emerge. For a few months I've been reading a lot online, you go crazy! (Multitude of experiences, opinions, etc…)
Without anyone recommend me one day I was having a look to the homepage of Hospital Quiron, I saw that a doctor called Aslani was responsible for the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. I searched for information and found no variety; I went to Cirumed Clinic website and there was where I read something else and saw PHOTOS, which it was what I was looking for.
I decided to ask for a first appointment with the Doctor, I really enjoyed, he gave me a lot of confidence and trust. Orienting myself on shape, size, etc, according to my body : Implants round (325cc) by the areola.
A few days after the inquiry I received a call from Noelia, her assistant (a professional, caring, friendly and efficient girl) she clarify all the doubts that I had. I was very determined to carry out with the intervention, but I didn´t want to stay with one opinion; so we went to another surgeon, better or worse, I personally thought that he didn´t transmit much confidence to me.
Few days after I came back to the consultation and we specify the surgery date: July 25, 2013, a year ago.
I was with many nerves and concerns.
The surgery day everything was perfect, the only thing I didn´t like was that I didn´t see the Dr. before they put me the anesthesia ( I said this to him and his assistant Noelia).
The first week hard and slowly is becoming a "normal" life.
I did everything that they told me to do.
I am totally satisfied with the results, maybe at the beginning, when I looked in the mirror, I thought the anatomical shape would have been better, more natural. But as time passes, let me say that all was advised by the doctor was for my best.
Currently the only thing I notice is, occasionally, some discomfort in the scar. As I am thin and do not have much fat, I can feel the texture of the prosthesis in my breast, although it is not something that worries me.
